Claims (5)
- PTFE 나노입자가 분산된 수분산액을 동결건조하여 PTFE 나노입자 파우더를 제조하는 제 1 단계;
폴리에스테르 중합체와 PTFE 나노입자 파우더를 용융혼합하여 마스터배치를 제조하는 제 2 단계;
상기 마스터배치를 이형단면 방사구금을 통해 방사하는 미연신사를 제조하는 제 3 단계;
상기 미연신사를 연신하여 연신사를 제조하는 제 4 단계;
상기 연신사를 권취하는 제 5 단계;를 포함하는
흡한속건성 및 내마모성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 이형단면사의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제 1 단계는 PTFE 나노입자 수분산액을 영하 20 ℃ 이하에서 냉동하는 냉동단계;와
상기 냉동된 PTFE 나노입자 수분산액을 영하 50 ~ 60 ℃ 및 1 torr이하의 진공도에서 동결하여 건조하는 동결건조단계;를 포함하는 흡한속건성 및 내마모성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 이형단면사의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 PTFE 나노입자 파우더는 그 직경이 1,000 nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 및 내마모성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 이형단면사의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 PTFE 나노입자 파우더는 폴리에스테르 중합체 대비 1 내지 3 중량%로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 및 내마모성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 이형단면사의 제조방법
