Claims (15)
- 유효 성분이 포함된 니들부;
상기 니들부에 연결되는 중간부; 및
상기 중간부의 외측으로 연장되는 지지부;
를 포함하고,
상기 중간부에는 중앙 공간부가 형성되고,
상기 중간부에는 이당류, 다당류 또는 수크로오스 중 적어도 하나가 상기 중간부를 형성하는 보조 약액의 전체 중량 대비 0.1 내지 10 % 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중앙 공간부는 상기 중간부의 상단에서 하부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 지지부는 상기 중앙 공간부의 외측으로 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 니들부는 히알루론산 또는 가교결합 히알루론산이 생체 적합성 고분자로서 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들 - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중간부의 길이(h)는 10 내지 1000 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 중앙 공간부의 형성에 의해 상기 중간부 내벽의 최소 두께(t)는 1 내지 50 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 중앙 공간부의 상단 너비는 30 내지 200 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들. - (a) 복수의 성형홈이 형성된 성형 플레이트를 준비하는 단계;
(b) 상기 성형홈에 유효 성분을 함유한 메인 약액을 소정량 충전하는 단계;
(c) 상기 성형홈 내의 상기 메인 약액의 상부 공간에 보조 약액을 충전하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 성형홈 내의 상기 메인 약액과 상기 보조 약액을 건조 또는 고화시켜 마이크로 니들을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 보조 약액이 충전되는 부분은 상단에서 하방으로 중앙 공간부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 성형홈은 뿔 형태로 형성되고, 상기 성형홈의 상기 뿔을 형성하는 부분으로부터 하방으로 관통된 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계 후에, 상기 성형 플레이트의 상부에 가압 기체를 공급하는 압력 공급판을 위치시키고 상기 성형홈의 외측을 상기 가압 기체로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 성형홈에 각각 형성된 상기 관통공의 하방에 진공압을 제공하는 진공 흡입판이 구비되고, 상기 (b) 단계, 상기 (c) 단계 중에 또는 상기 상기 (c) 단계 후에 상기 진공 흡입판에 의한 진공압을 상기 관통공에 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계 후에 상기 성형홈에 충전된 상기 보조 약액의 상부를 단부가 곡면처리된 누름봉을 이용하여 누르는 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보조 약액은 상기 마이크로 니들이 피부에 삽입된 경우 용해성을 향상시키는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 용해성을 향상시키는 물질은 이당류, 다당류, 또는 수크로오스이고, 상기 이당류, 다당류, 또는 수크로오스는 상기 보조 약액의 전체 중량 대비 0.1 내지 10%로 상기 보조 약액에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 니들의 제조 방법.
