Claims (15)
- 프리필터 및 헤파필터를 포함하는 필터부와;
합금코팅메탈폼에 광촉매가 담지되어 있는 광촉매부와;
합금코팅메탈폼에 탈취촉매가 담지되어 있는 탈취촉매부와;
자외선램프; 를 포함하되,
상기 합금코팅메탈폼은 니켈; 철; 구리; 알루미늄 중 어느 하나로 형성된 금속 폼에 바인더를 도포한 후, 합금분말을 균일하게 도포하고, 1,000~1,400℃에서 열처리하여 소결시켜 얻어진 것으로서 기공 크기가 250㎛ 내지 2㎜이고 최대 공극률이 90~97%이며 밀도가 300g/㎡ 내지 5000g/㎡ 이며,
상기 합금분말은 NiFeCrAl, FeCrAl 중 어느 하나를 포함하며 나노사이즈의 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매부는 상기 합금코팅메탈폼에 CuO, MnO2, Al2O3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 촉매물질이 더 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
저온촉매탈취필터를 더 포함하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매는 TiO2, Fe2O3, WO3, ZnO, ZrO2로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탈취촉매는 MnO2, CuO, Al2O3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매부와 자외선램프는 교대로 적층된 촉매-램프 적층체를 형성하며 각각 복수개로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 저온촉매탈취필터는 흡착성 물질에 상온 이하에서 기능하는 촉매물질이 담지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 저온촉매탈취필터는 과립상 활성탄에 상온 이하에서 기능하는 촉매물질과 바인더를 첨가하고 혼합한 후 3차원의 일정 형상으로 성형시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
상기 촉매물질은 CuO, MnO2, Al2O3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
고체세라믹천연아로마 발향체를 더 포함하는 제연정화살균 모듈. - 니켈; 철; 구리; 알루미늄 중 어느 하나로 형성된 금속 폼에 바인더를 도포하는 단계와, 상기 바인더가 도포된 금속 폼에 합금분말을 균일하게 도포하는 단계와, 상기 합금분말이 도포된 금속 폼을 1,000~1,400℃의 열처리로 소결시켜 합금코팅메탈폼을 얻는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 합금분말은 NiFeCrAl, FeCrAl 중 어느 하나를 포함하며 나노사이즈의 입경을 갖는 합금코팅메탈폼의 제조공정;
상기 합금코팅메탈폼에 광촉매를 담지시키는 광촉매부의 제조공정;
상기 합금코팅메탈폼에 탈취촉매를 담지시키는 탈취촉매부의 제조공정; 및
프리필터 및 헤파필터를 포함하는 필터부와, 상기 광촉매부, 상기 탈취촉매부 및 자외선램프를 조합하여 제연정화살균 모듈을 제조하는 공정;을 포함하는 제연정화살균 모듈의 제조방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 광촉매의 담지는, 액화광촉매와 분말광촉매가 혼합된 광촉매 용액에 합금코팅메탈폼을 30분에서 60분 동안 침지시킨 후 100~120℃로 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제연정화살균 모듈의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제3항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제연정화살균 모듈이 구비된 제연정화살균 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 팬을 더 포함하는 제연정화살균 장치.
