Abstract
단열성, 의장성이 뛰어난 건축판 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.
[해결수단]
무기질판의 표면이 도막 형성재와 유기계 중공 입자를 함유하는 단열 도막에 의해 피복되어 있고, 유기계 중공 입자는 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 50㎛의 범위이고, 또, 평균 중공율이 80% 이상이고, 단열 도막은 유기계 중공 입자를 고형분 100질량부당 0.01 내지 5.0질량부 함유하고, 평균 도막 두께가 5 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판. 및, 무기질판의 표면에 도막 형성재와 유기계 중공 입자를 함유하는 단열 도료를 도포하고, 건조시켜서, 단열 도막을 형성하는 건축판의 제조 방법. 단열 도료로서, 평균 입자 직경이 5 내지 50㎛의 범위이고, 또, 평균 중공율이 80% 이상의 유기계 중공 입자를, 도료 고형분 100질량부당 0.01 내지 5.0질량부 함유하는 도료를 사용하여, 건조시켜서 단열 도막의 평균 도막 두께를 5 내지 500㎛으로 한다.

Claims (12)
- 무기질판의 표면이 도막 형성재와 유기계 중공 입자와 수용성 용제를 함유하는 단열 도막에 의해 피복되어 있는 건축판에 있어서,
무기질판과 단열 도막 사이에 적어도 1층 이상의 밀봉(sealer) 도막을 갖고,
수용성 용제의 함유량은, 단열 도막의 고형분을 100질량부로 했을 때, 0.2 내지 10질량부이고,
유기계 중공 입자는 평균 입자 직경이 15 내지 40㎛의 범위이고, 또, 평균 중공율이 80% 이상이고,
단열 도막은 유기계 중공 입자를 고형분 100질량부당 0.5 내지 5.0질량부 함유하고, 평균 도막 두께가 30 내지 500㎛이고,
단열 도막은 건축판의 최표층으로서 형성되어 있고,
단열 도막의 표면은 무기질판의 표면을 따라 평활한 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 중공 입자는 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 염화비닐리덴, 아크릴산 에스테르, 스티렌 중 적어도 1종 이상에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용제는 글리콜계 용제 및 글리콜에테르계 용제 중 적어도 1종 이상에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 무기질판은 요업계 사이딩 보드인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판.
- 무기질판의 표면에 도막 형성재와 유기계 중공 입자와 수용성 용제를 함유하는 단열 도료를 도포하고, 건조시켜서, 단열 도막을 형성하는 건축판의 제조 방법에 있어서,
무기질판과 단열 도막 사이에 적어도 1층 이상의 밀봉(sealer) 도막을 갖고,
수용성 용제의 함유량은, 단열 도막의 고형분을 100질량부로 했을 때, 0.2 내지 10질량부이고,
단열 도료로서, 평균 입자 직경이 15 내지 40㎛의 범위이고, 또, 평균 중공율이 80% 이상의 유기계 중공 입자를, 도료 고형분 100질량부당 0.5 내지 5.0질량부 함유하는 도료를 사용하여, 건조시켜서 단열 도막의 평균 도막 두께를 30 내지 500㎛로 하고,
단열 도막의 표면은 무기질판의 표면을 따라 평활하고,
단열 도막을 최표층으로 하고,
단열 도료의 도포 및 건조에서의 도막 온도는, 수용성 용제의 비점보다도 낮고, 또한 40 내지 110℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유기계 중공 입자가 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 염화비닐리덴, 아크릴산 에스테르, 스티렌 중 적어도 1종 이상에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용제는 글리콜계 용제 및 글리콜에테르계 용제 중 적어도 1종 이상에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축판의 제조 방법.
