Abstract
또한 본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 렌즈용 생지와 홀더층 사이에 상변화물질을 포함하는 흡열점착층을 구비함으로써 상기 흡열점착층이 홀더층의 용융열을 흡수하여 렌즈용 생지의 연화를 방지할 수 있다. 이를 통해 렌즈의 가공 시 발생할 수 있는 편심 오차를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있으며, 더욱 정밀한 안경렌즈를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- a) 렌즈의 형상을 확정하는 단계;
b) 렌즈용 생지를 준비하는 단계;
c1) 렌즈용 생지의 전면(前面)에 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물을 착색한 코어층 및 상기 코어층의 일면 또는 양면에 메톡시-폴리에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트, 에톡시-폴리에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트, 뷰톡시-폴리에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트, 페녹시-폴리에틸렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트 및 메톡시-폴리프로필렌글리콜(메트)아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 아크릴계 폴리머 100 중량부 및 1-뷰틸피리디늄테트라플루오로보레이트, 1-뷰틸-3-메틸피리디늄비스(펜타플루오로에테인설폰일)이미드, 1-에틸카바졸테트라플루오로보레이트, 1-뷰틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨트라이플루오로아세테이트, 1-뷰틸-3-메틸이미다졸륨헵타플루오로뷰티레이트, N,N-다이에틸-N-메틸-N-(2-메톡시에틸)암모늄비스(펜타플루오로에테인설폰일)이미드, 글라이시딜트라이메틸암모늄트라이플루오로메테인설포네이트, 글라이시딜트라이메틸암모늄비스(트라이플루오로메테인설폰일)이미드, N,N-다이메틸-N-에틸-N-프로필암모늄비스(트라이플루오로메테인설폰일)이미드, 트라이에틸헵틸암모늄비스(트라이플루오로메테인설폰일)이미드, N,N-다이프로필-N-메틸-N-에틸암모늄비스(트라이플루오로메테인설폰일)이미드 및 N,N-다이프로필 N-메틸-N-펜틸암모늄비스(트라이플루오로메테인설폰일)이미드에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 이온성액체 5 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 점착층으로 이루어진 보호필름을 부착하는 단계;
c2) 상기 보호필름의 노출면에 폴리에틸렌 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리비닐알코올 수지, 에틸렌비닐 알코올 수지, 폴리우레탄, 폴리이미드, 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌, 폴리아마이드, 폴리스타이렌, 폴리프로필렌수지 및 에이비에스(ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene))에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 고분자수지 100 중량부에 대해 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알코올, 파라핀, 비닐스테아레이트, 알루미나(Alumina), 실리카(Silica), 티타니아(Titania), 지르코니아(Zirconia), 크로마이트(Chromite), 산화지르콘(Zircon), 산화마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 수산화알루미늄실리콘카바이드(Silicon carbide), 티타늄카바이드(Titanium carbide), 실리콘나이트라이드(Silicon nitride), 알루미늄나이트라이드(Aluminum nitride) 보론나이트라이드, 세리아, MgCl22O, Al2(SO4)32O, NH4Al(SO4)22O, KAl(SO4)22O, Mg(SO3)22O, SrBr22O, Sr(OH)22O, Ba(OH)22O, Al(NO3)22O, Fe(NO3)22O, NaCH2S2O22O, Ni(NO3)22O, Na2S2O22O, ZnSO42O, CaBr22O, Zn(NO3)22O, Na2HPO42O, Na2CO32O, LiNO22O 및 CaCl22O에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 복수의 상변화물질 5 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 흡열점착층을 형성한 후, 상기 흡열점착층에 융점이 40 내지 50℃이며, 주석 5 내지 15 중량%, 납 15 내지 30 중량%, 인듐 15 내지 25 중량%, 비스무트 40 내지 50 중량% 및 카드뮴 1 내지 10 중량%을 포함하는 합금 홀더층을 형성하는 단계;
c3) 상기 홀더층을 진공척과 접촉시킨 후 진공척의 진공도를 내부의 진공도가 진공척 외부의 진공도보다 50 내지 200 mmHg 낮도록 조절하여 렌즈용 생지를 고정부에 고정시키는 단계; 및
c4) 상기 고정부와 절삭부의 위치를 조절하여 렌즈용 생지의 후면을 절삭부로 절삭하는 단계;
d) 상기 절삭된 렌즈용 생지를 연마하는 단계;
e) 상기 연마된 렌즈용 생지를 부유분진량 0.15㎎/㎥ 이하, 상대습도 40 내지 70 %RH의 분위기에서 각인하는 단계; 및
f) 상기 각인된 렌즈용 생지를 후가공하는 단계;
를 포함하는 안경렌즈의 제조방법으로, 상기 렌즈용 생지의 절삭 시 절삭점의 온도가 15 내지 25℃ 범위에서 등온으로 유지되는 것인 안경렌즈의 제조방법.

상기 렌즈용 생지는 굴절률 1.74 이상, 아베수 20 내지 80, 연화점이 50 내지 200℃인 광학재료를 포함하는 것인 안경렌즈의 제조방법.
