Claims (5)
- 샤프트(111)의 외주연에 드럼(112)을 결합하여 일체화시키되 드럼(112)은 측면과 내부에 복수개의 지지플레이트(113)를 순차적으로 형성하고 드럼(112)의 외주연에 방사선상으로 복수개의 내,외부브래킷(115,116)을 부착한 회전축부(110)와;
상기 회전축부(110)의 드럼(112)에 방사선상의 부착한 내,외부브래킷(115,116)에 내,외부프레임(121,122)을 각각 결합하여 중심축과의 거리를 확보하되 내,외부프레임(121,122)에 분할유지연결바(124)와 연결프레임(123)으로 순차적으로 결합한 지지프레임부(120)와;
상기 지지프레임부(120)의 내,외부프레임(121,122)에 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)을 각각 부착하되 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)에 패들플레이트(134)를 결합하고 외부패들프레임(132)에 외측 표면에 원호상으로 형성하는 환형의 안전플레이트(136)를 부착한 안전패들부(130)로 구성하되;
상기 회전축부(110)의 내,외부브래킷(115,116)과 지지프레임부(120)의 내,외부프레임(121,122) 및 안전패들부(130)의 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)은 'L'형강을 맞대어 외부측은 'T' 형상으로 형성하고 내부측은 '+' 형상으로 형성하여 'L'형강의 직각홈에 동일형상의 연결부재(125)를 중첩하여 상하를 볼트링하되 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)의 'L'형강의 두께를 조절하여 지지프레임부(120)의 내,외부프레임(121,122) 두께와 패들플레이트(134)를 포함하는 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)의 두께를 일치하도록 하고;
상기 안전패들부(130)는 내,외부패들프레임(131,132)에 샤프트(111)의 축선에 평행하는 삽입공간(133)을 형성하고 삽입공간(133)에 패들플레이트(134)를 끼워 결합하되 정면에서 내,외부패들프레임(131,132), 패들플레이트(134), 마감프레임(135) 및 안전플레이트(136)의 결합상태가 사각형상을 형성하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발전용 수차구조. - 삭제
