Description
- 도 1은 본 발명에 따른 댐퍼들이 구비된 터빈 휠의 한 예의 전체적인 세로방향 섹션을 도시한 도면이고;
- 도 2a 및 2b는 균형추와 플레이트를 포함하는 대표적인 댐퍼를 도시한 투시도 및 저면도이며;
- 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 댐퍼들이 구비된 터빈 휠의 일부분을 도시한 투시도이다.
Claims (8)
- 가스 터빈의 저속 휠의 중앙 디스크(3) 상에 장착된 블레이드(4)의 진동 감쇠를 위한 진동 댐퍼(2)로서,
진동 댐퍼(2)는 블레이드(4)의 플랫폼(5) 하부에 있는 터빈의 하우징(20)에 의해 수용되도록 구성되고, 상기 진동 댐퍼(2)는 플랫폼(5)에 대해 클램프고정되는 플레이트(10)를 포함하고, 상기 진동 댐퍼는 개별적으로 제조되고 가역 방식으로(in reversible way) 플레이트(10)와 균형추(12)를 서로 결합하는 클램핑 작용을 통하여 플랫폼(5)에 대해 마찰력을 안내하는 균형추(12)를 포함하고, 상기 결합은 플랫폼(5)에 대한 플레이트(10)의 하나 이상의 클램핑 영역을 통하여 균형추(12)를 부분적으로 둘러쌈으로써 수행되고, 플레이트(10)는 주조 공차(casting tolerance)를 상쇄시키거나 또는 정확하지 않은 위치배열(positioning)을 상쇄시키기 위하여 하나의 블레이드로부터 다른 블레이드로 플랫폼 밑에서 기하학적 형상의 분포에 대해 자체적으로 맞춤되도록 가요성을 가지며, 진동 댐퍼(2)는 하우징(20) 내에 삽입되고, 균형추(12)는 상측면(121)을 포함하고, 플레이트(10)는 상기 상측면(121)과 플랫폼(5) 사이에 위치되는 진동 댐퍼(2). - 제1항에 있어서, 플레이트(10)는 균형추(12)보다 더 얇은 금속 시트로부터 스탬핑되며(stamped), 플레이트(10)는 균형추(12)의 상측면(121)을 부분적으로 둘러싸면서도 블레이드(4)의 하나 이상의 플랫폼(5)과 유연하게 접촉할 수 있는(flexibly contacting) 상측벽(101)을 갖는 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제2항에 있어서, 플레이트(10)의 상측벽(101)은 2개의 인접한 블레이드(4)들의 플랫폼(5)들과 접촉하도록 구성되는 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제3항에 있어서, 플레이트(10)의 재료는 조절된 접촉상태(adjusted contact)가 되도록 구성되는 플랫폼(5)의 지탱 표면 중 하나보다 더 부드러운 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제2항에 있어서, 플레이트(10)는 균형추(12)를 둘러싸도록 구성된 2개 이상의 암(114, 115)을 갖는 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제5항에 있어서, 균형추(12)는 중앙 부분(V1)에 의해 연결된 2개의 파일(P1, P2)을 포함하며, 상기 중앙 부분은 플레이트(10)의 암(114, 115)을 수용하도록 구성되는 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제2항에 있어서, 플레이트(10)는 0.1mm 내지 0.6mm 사이의 두께를 가지며 균형추(12)는 1mm 내지 6mm 사이의 두께를 갖는 진동 댐퍼(2).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 진동 댐퍼를 이용하여 블레이드(4)의 진동을 감쇠하는 단계를 포함하는, 가스 터빈의 저속 휠의 중앙 디스크(3) 상에 장착된 블레이드(4)의 감쇠 방법.
