Claims (9)
- 데코시트층과; MI(5Kg, 210℃)가 10~40g/10min인 제1 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층과 상기 제1 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층보다 높은 온도에서 핫멜트 접착이 가능하고 MI(2.16kg, 160℃)가 4-40g/10min인 제2 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층으로 구성되며, 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 열 접착이 가능한, 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 구비한 친환경 인테리어 시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 인테리어 시트는 ABS, 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지, 천연무늬목, 인조가죽, 천연가죽 중에서 선택된 데코시트층과; 폴리올 당 수평균 분자량이 500~2,000인 폴리올 A와 폴리올 당 수평균 분자량이 2,500~4,000인 폴리올 B의 혼합물 50 내지 90중량 %, 디이소시아네이트 5 내지 45중량 %, 디프로필렌글리콜이 1~5중량%로 이루어지는 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 용융되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 제1 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층과, 폴리올 당 수평균 분자량 500~2,000의 핫멜트 열가소성 폴리우레탄 또는 아디프산이 5~10중량%, MDI(메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트)가 8~40중량%, 1,4 부탄디올이 3~13 중량%, 디프로필렌글리콜이 1~5중량%, 폴리올이 40~80중량% 함유되어 있고, 중량평균 분자량이 10,000 내지 150,000인 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로 이루어진 제2 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층으로 이루어지는 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 구비한 친환경 인테리어 시트.

- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 제 1 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층과 제2 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층이 모두 적층된 2중층으로 구성되는 접착층 구조는 제 1 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층과 제 2 저융점 핫멜트 접착필름층의 두께비가 1:1~3 또는 1~3:1의 비율로 구성되며, 전체 두께가 10-100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 구비한 친환경 인테리어 시트.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 따른 인테리어 시트가 상기 인테리어 시트의 데코시트층과 동일하거나 다른 재질의 피착재에 핫멜팅 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 피착재는 PVC, ABS, 천연무늬목, MDF, 우레탄폼, 종이 허니컴 구조물 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 1종 이상의 이종 재질이 조합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 따른 인테리어 자재 접착용 접착층을 구비한 친환경 인테리어 시트를 피착재 표면에 적층하고, 필름에 가해지는 온도범위가 60~120℃이고, 압력이 25~50kgf/cm2 인 조건에서 핫멜팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 핫멜팅은 5-30초 동안 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인테리어 자재의 제조방법.
