Abstract
이와 같은 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치는, 선박 엔진의 작동여부에 따라 흡기구 내 부압발생 여부가 달리짐을 통해, 선박 엔진의 작동이 이루어지면서 부압이 발생하는 조건에서는 밸브구동부가 흡기밸브를 개방상태로 유지되게 하고, 선박 엔진의 작동이 정지되면서 부압의 발생이 제거된 조건에서는 밸브구동부가 흡기밸브를 밀폐상태로 유지되게 하면서, 흡기구를 통한 선박 엔진으로의 해수가 유입되는 것을 방지하게 된다.

도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치의 구성 단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 선박 엔진의 흡기구에 설치되어, 상기 흡기구를 개폐시키는 흡기밸브와;
일측은 상기 흡기밸브와 상기 선박 엔진 사이에 배치되는 상기 흡기구와 연결되고, 타측은 상기 흡기밸브와 연결되며, 내측에 구비된 스프링부재의 장력보다 상기 흡기구 내 부압이 커지면 상기 흡기밸브가 상기 흡기구를 개방되게 하고, 상기 흡기구 내 부압이 상기 스프링부재의 장력보다 작아지면 상기 흡기밸브가 상기 흡기구를 폐쇄되게 하는 밸브구동부; 및
상기 엔진에 설치하며, 상기 엔진의 위치가 미리 설정된 각도 이상으로 기울어질 경우, 상기 선박이 전복된 것으로 간주하여 상기 엔진을 정지시켜 상기 흡기구 내 부압발생을 차단되게 하면서, 상기 흡기밸브가 상기 흡기구를 폐쇄시킨 상태로 유지되게 하는 자세감지센서;를 포함하는 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 밸브구동부는,
내측에 공간부를 가지는 통 형상을 가지며, 일측에는 상기 흡기구와 상기 공간부를 연결되게 하는 연결관이 형성되고, 내측에는 상기 스프링부재가 삽입 구비된 구동몸체와,
상기 구동몸체 내측에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 삽입되며, 상기 스프링부재에 의해 탄성 지지되는 이동판, 및
일단은 상기 이동판에 연결되고, 타단은 상기 흡기밸브에 연결되어, 상기 이동판의 이동에 따라 대응되게 이동하면서 상기 흡기밸브를 구동시켜 상기 흡기구를 개폐되게 하는 구동연결대를 포함하는 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 선박에는 상기 엔진과 연결되어, 상기 선박 내부로 미리 설정된 양의 해수 유입시, 상기 엔진을 정지시켜 상기 흡기구 내 부압발생을 차단시키는 해수감지센서를 더 구비하는 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치. - 삭제
- 선박 엔진의 흡기구에 설치되어, 상기 흡기구를 개폐시키는 흡기밸브와;
상기 엔진의 배기구에 설치되어, 상기 배기구를 개폐시키는 배기밸브와;
상기 엔진의 위치를 감지하는 자세감지센서; 및
상기 흡기밸브와 상기 배기밸브와 상기 자세감지센서 및 상기 엔진과 연결되게 설치하며, 상기 엔진의 구동시에는 상기 흡기밸브와 상기 배기밸브가 상기 흡기구 및 상기 배기구가 개방되게 하며, 상기 자세감지센서에서 감지된 상기 엔진의 위치가 미리 설정된 각도 이상으로 기울어질 경우 상기 선박이 전복된 것으로 간주하여 상기 엔진을 정지시킨 후 상기 흡기밸브와 상기 배기밸브가 상기 흡기구 및 상기 배기구를 폐쇄되게 하는 제어부;를 포함하는 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 흡기밸브 및 상기 배기밸브는 솔레노이드밸브 인 선박용 엔진의 해수유입 방지장치.
