Claims (17)
- 차량 전반의 제어를 담당하는 마스터 제어기 및 상기 마스터 제어기의 명령에 의해 소정의 전력을 공급하는 제1 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 정보를 송수신하는 제1 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생하였는지 판단하는 단계;
상기 제1 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생한 경우, 상기 마스터 제어기는 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기를 제외한 복수의 슬레이브 제어기들 중 제2 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제1 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기와 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 상기 정보를 송수신하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터 제어기는 상기 슬레이브 제어기들과 상기 제1 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 다른 슬레이브 제어기들과 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 통신 네트워크는 캔 통신 네트워크를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생 시 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 자체적으로 전력 공급 모드로 전환하여 상기 마스터 제어기의 제어와 관계없이 전력을 공급하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터 제어기는 상기 제1 통신 네트워크 장애 발생에 대한 경고 신호를 출력하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 1항에 있어서,
상기 마스터 제어기와 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 상기 제1 통신 네트워크 장애가 복구되었는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 통신 네트워크 장애가 복구된 경우, 상기 마스터 제어기와 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 제1 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기가 상기 마스터 제어기로부터 정보를 수신하지 못하는 경우 상기 제1 통신 네트워크 장애 발생을 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 9은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 8항에 있어서,
상기 제2 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 정보를 송수신하는 상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생하였는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생한 경우, 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 차량의 모터를 제어하는 제3 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 10은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 차량을 비상모드로 진입시키고 경고 신호를 출력하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 11은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 상기 제3 슬레이브 제어기로 차량이 가속 정지 정보를 송신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 12은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 상기 제3 슬레이브 제어기로부터 차량의 주행속도를 수신하는 단계; 및
상기 차량의 주행속도가 제1 속도 이하가 되면 고 전원을 차단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 13은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제2 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 복구되었는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 통신 네트워크 장애가 복구된 경우, 상기 제2 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 14은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제3 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 정보를 송수신하는 상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생하였는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생한 경우, 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 엔진 발전기에서 생성되는 전력 또는 배터리로부터 출력되는 전력 중 어느 하나를 차단시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 15은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 14항에 있어서,
상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 발생한 경우, 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 상기 제1 통신 네트워크를 통하여 상기 마스터 제어기로 차량을 정지시키겠다는 정보를 송신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 16은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 14항에 있어서,
상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제3 슬레이브 제어기 사이의 상기 제2 통신 네트워크에 장애가 복구되었는지 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 통신 네트워크 장애가 복구된 경우, 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기와 상기 제3 슬레이브 제어기는 제2 통신 네트워크를 통하여 정보를 송수신하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법. - [청구항 17은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.]제 14항에 있어서,
소정 시간 동안 상기 제2 통신 네트워크 장애가 지속되는 경우, 상기 제1 슬레이브 제어기는 엔진 발전기에서 생성되는 전력 또는 상기 배터리로부터 출력되는 전력 중 나머지 하나를 차단시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 주행 제어 방법.
