Claims (28)
- 알루미녹산,
i) 유기알루미늄 화합물과 접촉하는 담지 물질(support material), 및
ii) 적어도 2개의 방향족 기를 지니는 다작용성 화합물을 포함하는 활성화제 조성물로서,
상기 방향족 기의 적어도 2개는 각각 적어도 1개의 극성 모노프로틱 기(polar monoprotic group)를 그 위에 지니고,
상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 하기 화학식을 지니는 것인 활성화제 조성물:

Z3-fAlRf,
식 중, Al은 알루미늄이고;
R은 수소 원자, 또는 탄소 원자를 통해서 알루미늄에 결합된 기이며;
Z는 탄소 이외의 원자를 통해서 알루미늄에 결합된 기 또는 수소 이외의 원자이고; 및
f는 2 내지 3의 숫자이다. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 이하의 특성들 중 하나 이상을 지니는 것인 조성물:
상기 담지 물질이 실리카, 알루미나 또는 실리카-알루미나인 특성;
상기 유기알루미늄 화합물이 트라이메틸알루미늄, 트라이-n-프로필알루미늄, 트라이-n-뷰틸알루미늄 또는 트라이(아이소뷰틸)알루미늄인 특성;
상기 다작용성 화합물의 극성 모노프로틱 기가 하이드록시기, 티올기 또는 2차 아미노기인 특성. - 제1항에 있어서, 이하의 특성들 중 하나 이상을 지니는 것인 조성물:
상기 유기알루미늄 화합물이 트라이메틸알루미늄인 특성;
상기 담지 물질이 실리카인 특성;
상기 다작용성 화합물의 상기 극성 모노프로틱 기가 하이드록시기인 특성. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 화합물은 4,4'-에틸렌다이페놀, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(2,6-다이(tert-뷰틸)-페놀) 또는 1,3,5-트라이메틸-2,4,6-트리스(3,5-다이(tert-뷰틸)-4-하이드록시벤질)벤젠인 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다작용성 화합물은 하기 화학식으로 표시되는 것인 조성물:

식 중, E는 유기 모이어티(organic moiety), 원자 또는 결합이고;
Ar은 방향족 모이어티이며;
J는 극성 원자 또는 극성 기이고;
H는 수소 원자이며;
g는 2와 동일하거나 또는 2보다 큰 정수이다. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미녹산은 메틸알루미녹산, 에틸알루미녹산, n-뷰틸알루미녹산 또는 아이소-뷰틸알루미녹산인 것인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 알루미녹산은 메틸알루미녹산이거나,
상기 다작용성 화합물은 4,4'-에틸렌다이페놀, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(2,6-다이(tert-뷰틸)-페놀), 또는 1,3,5-트라이메틸-2,4,6-트리스(3,5-다이(tert-뷰틸)-4-하이드록시벤질)벤젠이거나, 또는
상기 알루미녹산은 메틸알루미녹산이고, 상기 다작용성 화합물은 4,4'-에틸렌다이페놀, 4,4'-메틸렌비스(2,6-다이(tert-뷰틸)-페놀), 또는 1,3,5-트라이메틸-2,4,6-트리스(3,5-다이(tert-뷰틸)-4-하이드록시벤질)벤젠인 것인 조성물. - 활성화제 전구체 조성물을 형성하는 방법으로서, 해당 방법은, 불활성 무수 환경에서,
i) 유기알루미늄 화합물과 접촉하는 담지 물질 및
ii) 적어도 2개의 방향족 기를 지니되 상기 방향족 기의 적어도 2개가 각각 적어도 1개의 극성 모노프로틱 기를 그 위에 지니는 것인 다작용성 화합물
을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하여,
활성화제 전구체 조성물이 형성되고,
상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 하기 화학식을 지니는 것인, 활성화제 전구체 조성물의 형성방법:

식 중, Al은 알루미늄이고;
R은 수소 원자, 또는 탄소 원자를 통해서 알루미늄에 결합된 기이며;
Z는 탄소 이외의 원자를 통해서 알루미늄에 결합된 기 또는 수소 이외의 원자이고; 및
f는 2 내지 3의 숫자이다. - 활성화제 조성물을 형성하는 방법으로서, 해당 방법은, 불활성 무수 환경에서,
i) 담지 물질과 유기알루미늄 화합물을 접촉시켜 유기알루미늄-처리된 담지체를 형성하는 단계, 및
ii) 상기 유기알루미늄-처리된 담지체를,
a) 다작용성 화합물과 접촉시켜, 혼합물을 형성하고 나서, 해당 혼합물을 알루미녹산과 접촉시키거나,
b) 알루미녹산과 접촉시켜, 혼합물을 형성하고 나서, 해당 혼합물을 다작용성 화합물과 접촉시키거나,
c) 다작용성 화합물의 일부와 접촉시켜, 제1혼합물을 형성하고, 해당 제1혼합물을 상기 알루미녹산과 접촉시켜, 제2혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 제2혼합물을 더욱 다작용성 화합물과 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하여,
활성화제 조성물이 형성되며,
상기 다작용성 화합물은 적어도 2개의 방향족 기를 지니되 상기 방향족 기의 적어도 2개가 각각 적어도 1개의 극성 모노프로틱 기를 그 위에 지니고,
상기 유기알루미늄 화합물은 하기 화학식을 지니는 것인, 활성화제 조성물의 형성방법:

상기 다작용성 화합물은 상기 제1혼합물과 배합되어 제2혼합물을 형성하며;
상기 알루미녹산이 상기 제2혼합물과 배합되는 것인 방법. - 삭제

- 제8항 또는 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 활성화제 조성물과 적어도 1종의 촉매 화합물, 또는 전이 금속, 란탄족 금속 혹은 악티나이드계열 금속의 착체 간의 상호작용으로부터 형성된 촉매 조성물.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 화합물 또는 착체는 메탈로센인 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 올레핀 중합 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 제24항의 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에 적어도 하나의 중합가능한 올레핀성 단량체를 중합시켜 폴리올레핀 중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미녹산이 활성화제 조성물의 총 중량에 대해 5 내지 80중량%을 구성하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담지 물질의 극성 표면기 및 다작용성 화합물로부터의 극성 모노프로틱 기를 지니는 방향족 고리를 포함하는 극성 기의 총량에 대한 유기알루미늄 화합물의 R기의 몰비가 0.8:1 이상인 조성물.
