Abstract
본 발명에 따른 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기는 원료 유로 및 열원가스 유로가 순차적으로 반복하여 적층되어, 원료 가스와 열원 가스의 열교환 면적이 증가되어 촉매 반응 효율이 우수한 장점을 가진다.

Claims (10)
- 내측관 및 외측관으로 이루어진 이중원통형 구조로 설치되고, 상기 내측관 및 외측관 사이에 형성된 유로를 구비하되, 상기 유로는 원료 유로 및 열원가스 유로가 순차적으로 반복하여 적층되어 형성된 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기로서,
상기 원료 유로에 촉매가 충진되어 개질반응에 의해 탄화수소계 원료 및 수증기로 부터 수소를 생성시키는 개질반응부; 및
상기 내측관으로 공급된 고온의 가스를 상기 열원가스 유로에 유입시켜 상기 개질반응부에 반응열을 전달하는 열원공급부를 포함하고,
상기 원료 유로에서 상기 촉매가 충진되지 않는 하나 이상의 온도회복부를 더 포함하며,
상기 원료 유로 및 열원가스 유로는 수평으로 적층되되, 반복하여 적층된 타단의 상기 원료 유로 및 열원가스 유로와 각각 수직으로 연결되는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원료 유로의 최상층에 연결되어 형성되어 원료 가스가 투입되는 원료 유입관; 및
상기 원료 유로의 최하층에 연결되어 개질 가스가 배출되는 개질가스 배출관을 더 포함하는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열원공급부는,
상기 열원가스 유로의 최상층에 상기 내측관과 연결되게 형성되어 고온의 가스가 유입되는 관통공; 및
상기 열원가스 유로의 최하층에 연결되어 고온의 가스가 배출되는 열원가스 배출관을 포함하여,
상기 내측관의 하부로 유입된 고온의 가스는 상기 내측관에서 상향 이동하고, 상기 관통공을 통하여 상기 열원가스 유로에 유입된 후, 하향 이동하여 상기 열원가스 배출관을 통하여 배출되는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.

상기 원료 유로 및 열원가스 유로는 나선형으로 배치되는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열원공급부의 가스는 폐쇄식 연소반응에 발생한 고온의 가스를 이용하는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원료는 탄화수소 1몰당 수증기 2 내지 5몰의 비율로 혼합하여 제조하는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 내열성 담체에 니켈이나 코발트, 백금족 원소 또는 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 활성금속을 5∼12중량% 함유하도록 담지하여 제조된 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 온도회복부는 철, 스테인리스 스틸 또는 철-크롬 합금에서 선택된 금속을 이용한 허니컴(honeycomb) 형태의 열교환부를 더 포함하는 탄화수소 수증기 개질용 촉매반응기.
