Claims (5)
- 바인더 수지; 세라믹 분말; 아파타이트 충진제, 물 및 내부 기공이 형성된 퍼라이트를 포함하고,
상기 바인더 수지는 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 페녹시 수지 및 폴리비닐계 수지를 포함하고,
상기 세라믹 분말은 탄산칼슘(CaCO3), 산화규소(SiO2), 산화알루미늄(Al2O3), 탈크, 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화나트륨(Na2O), 산화철(Fe2O3) 및 산화티탄(TiO2)을 포함하고,
상기 아파타이트 충진제는 소뼈를 800~1000℃의 온도에서 1~2시간 소성하여 제조되고,
상기 물 100중량부 기준으로 상기 바인더 수지는 100~120중량부, 상기 세라믹 분말은 10~30중량부, 상기 충진제는 10~30중량부이며,
상기 바인더 수지는 아크릴 수지 100중량부에 대해서 에폭시 수지, 페녹시 수지 및 폴리비닐계 수지 각 40~60중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 및 결로 방지용 조성물.
