Claims (10)
- 휴대식 초미세 분무기에 있어서, 하우징(1)과 하우징(1) 선단구 위치에 구비된 분무 노즐(2)이 포함되고, 또한 하우징(1) 내에 설치된 팬(3), 하우징(1) 선단 위치에 고정 설치된 기류 가이드 장치(4) 및 액체를 펌핑하기 위한 물 펌프(5)가 포함되며, 상기 기류 가이드 장치(4) 상에는 다수의 분무 노즐(2) 주변에 균일하게 분포된 기류 가이드 블레이드(41)가 구비되고, 각 기류 가이드 블레이드(41) 상에는 모두 가이드면(411)이 구비되며; 상기 분무 노즐(2) 내에는 나선형 채널(21) 및 물 펌프(5)와 연통되는 액체 채널이 구비되고, 분무 노즐(2)의 선단에는 분무구(23)가 구비되며, 상기 분무구(23)는 나선형 채널(21)을 통하여 액체 채널과 상호 연통되며; 상기 팬(3), 기류 가이드 블레이드(41) 및 분무구(23)는 기류 방향을 따라 순차적으로 분포되며,
상기 분무 노즐(2)은 내강(241)이 구비된 노즐 하우징(24) 및 내강(241) 앞부분에 구비된 내부 코어(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분무 노즐(2)에는 내강(241)에 구비되고 또한 내부 코어(25) 후방에 위치하는 제1 블럭(26) 및 내강(241) 후단에 삽입되는 조인트(27)가 포함되고, 상기 조인트(27)는 액체 수송관(6)을 통하여 물 펌프(5)와 연결되며, 상기 분무구(23)는 노즐 하우징(24)의 선단부 상에 구비되고, 상기 제1 블럭(26)의 외벽과 노즐 하우징(24)의 내벽이 상호 접합되며, 상기 내부 코어(25)의 외벽과 노즐 하우징(24)의 내벽 사이, 내부 코어(25)의 후단과 제1 블럭(26)의 선단 사이에는 모두 액체 유동 공간이 형성되어 있고, 상기 나선형 채널(21)은 내부 코어(25)의 외벽 상에 형성되며, 상기 제1 블럭(26)에는 전후 관통된 제1 통공(261)이 형성되고, 조인트(27) 중에는 전후 관통된 제2 통공(271)이 형성되며, 상기 제1 통공(261), 제2 통공(271)과 액체 유동 공간은 상호 연통되고 또한 상기 액체 채널을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 하우징(24) 외부 윤곽은 원주형이고, 상기 분무구(23)에는 전후 방향으로 순차적으로 분포된 확대부(231), 수축부(232) 및 집중부(233)가 포함되고, 상기 확대부(231)는 전후 방향을 따라 직경이 점차적으로 작아지는 원추형이고, 상기 수축부(232)와 집중부(233)는 모두 전후 방향을 따라 연장되는 원주형이며, 상기 집중부(233)의 직경은 수축부(232)의 직경보다 크고, 상기 내강(241) 꼭대기는 전후 방향을 따라 직경이 점차적으로 커지는 원추형이며, 상기 노즐 하우징(24) 선단면은 확대부(231)의 외부 변두리에 고리 모양의 오목홈(242)이 구비되고, 상기 오목홈(242)의 직경 방향의 단면은 제형인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 하우징(24) 외부 윤곽은 나팔형이고, 상기 분무구(23)에는 전후 방향으로 순차적으로 분포된 확대부(231) 및 수축부(232)가 포함되고, 상기 확대부(231)와 수축부(232)는 모두 전후 방향을 따라 연장되는 원주형이며, 상기 확대부(231)의 직경은 수축부(232)의 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분무 노즐(2)에는 내강(241) 후단에 삽입되는 조인트(27)가 포함되고, 상기 조인트(27)는 액체 수송관(6)을 통하여 물 펌프(5)와 연결되며, 상기 분무구(23)는 노즐 하우징(24)의 선단부 상에 구비되고, 상기 내부 코어(25)에는 하나의 수용공이 구비되며, 상기 수용공에는 제2 블럭(29)이 고정 설치되고, 상기 나선형 채널(21)은 내부 코어(25(의 내벽 상에 형성되고 또한 내부 코어(25)의 내벽과 제2 블럭(29)의 외벽 사이에 위치하며, 상기 조인트(27) 중에는 전후 관통된 제2 통공(271)이 형성되고, 상기 제2 통공(271)은 상기 액체 채널을 구성하며, 상기 내부 코어(25)의 선단부에는 전후 방향을 따라 순차적으로 분포되는 내부 코어 확대부(251) 및 내부 코어 수축부(252)가 구비되고, 상기 내부 코어 확대부(251)와 내부 코어 수축부(252)는 모두 원주형이고 또한 상기 내부 코어 확대부(251) 직경이 상기 내부 코어 수축부(252)의 직경보다 크며, 상기 내부 코어 확대부(251), 내부 코어 수축부(252), 분무구(23) 및 나선형 채널(21)은 모두 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 하우징(24) 외부 윤곽은 원주형 또는 나팔형이고, 상기 분무구(23)는 원형이고 또한 상기 분무구(23)의 직경이 내부 코어 확대부(251)의 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제3항, 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기류 가이드 장치(4)에는 고정 원반(42)이 포함되고, 상기 기류 가이드 블레이드(41)는 고정 원반(42)의 선단면 상에서 앞으로 연장되며, 상기 노즐 하우징(24)은 고정 원반(42)의 중심 위치에 고정 관통되며; 상기 고정 원반(42) 상에는 다수의 연결부(421)가 구비되고, 상기 연결부(421)와 하우징(1)이 고정 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 분무 노즐(2)의 노즐 하우징(24)은 기류 가이드 장치(4)의 고정 원반(42)에 나사 연결되거나 또는 기류 가이드 장치(4)의 고정 원반(42)과 일체형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 제1항에 있어서,
또한 팬(3) 및 물 펌프(5)와 연결되는 전력 공급 배터리(7)가 포함되고, 상기 전력 공급 배터리(7)는 하우징(1) 외부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기. - 휴대식 초미세 분무기에 있어서, 하우징(1)과 분무 노즐(2) 포함되고, 또한 하우징(1) 선단 위치에 고정 설치되는 에어 덕트(8), 하우징(1) 내에 설치된 팬(3), 에어 덕트(8) 선단구 위치에 고정 설치된 기류 가이드 장치(4) 및 액체를 펌핑하기 위한 물 펌프(5)가 포함되며, 상기 분무 노즐(2)이 에어 덕트(8)의 선단구 위치에 구비되고 또한 기류 가이드 장치(4) 상에는 다수의 분무 노즐(2) 주변에 균일하게 분포된 기류 가이드 블레이드(41)가 구비되고, 각 기류 가이드 블레이드(41)에 상에는 모두 가이드면(411)이 구비되며; 분무 노즐(2) 내에는 나선형 채널(21) 및 물 펌프(5)와 연통되는 액체 채널이 구비되며; 상기 분무 노즐(2)의 선단에는 분무구(23)가 구비되며, 해당 분무구(23)는 나선형 채널(21)을 통하여 액체 채널과 상호 연통되며; 상기 팬(3), 기류 가이드 블레이드(41) 및 분무구(23)는 기류 방향을 따라 순차적으로 분포되며,
상기 분무 노즐(2)은 내강(241)이 구비된 노즐 하우징(24) 및 내강(241) 앞부분에 구비된 내부 코어(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대식 초미세 분무기.
