Claims (12)
- 주행부로 지지하는 주행기체에 탑재한 엔진과, 상기 엔진의 동력을 변속하는 유압 무단 변속기를 내장한 미션 케이스를 구비하고, 상기 미션 케이스내에는 상기 유압 무단 변속기의 출력을 정전 또는 역전 방향으로 스위칭하는 전후진 스위칭 기구를 배치하고 있는 작업 차량에 있어서,
상기 주행기체를 구성하는 프레임체의 전방부에 상기 엔진을 탑재하고, 상기 프레임체의 후방부에 상기 미션 케이스를 연결하고, 동력 전달축을 통해 상기 엔진과 상기 미션 케이스를 동력 전달 가능하게 연결한 구조로서,
상기 주행부를 향하는 정전 출력을 접속/차단하는 전진 유압 클러치에 대한 전진 밸브와, 상기 주행부를 향하는 역전 출력을 접속/차단하는 후진 유압 클러치에 대한 후진 밸브와, 상기 전진 밸브 및 상기 후진 밸브에의 작동유 공급을 제어하는 마스터 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 미션 케이스의 앞면 개구부를 착탈 가능하게 폐쇄하는 전방 덮개부재에 유압원과 상기 각 유압 클러치를 연결하는 유압 회로의 일부를 형성하고, 상기 전방 덮개부재의 앞면측에 상기 전진 밸브, 상기 후진 밸브 및 상기 마스터 밸브를 부착하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전진 밸브, 상기 후진 밸브 및 상기 마스터 밸브를 유로 블록에 장착하여 유닛화하고, 상기 유로 블록을 상기 전방 덮개부재의 앞면측에 부착하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스내의 전방부측에 상기 전후진 스위칭 기구의 상기 전진 유압 클러치 및 상기 후진 유압 클러치를 배치하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동력 전달축으로부터 상기 미션 케이스내에 동력 전달하는 주변속 입력축을 구비하고, 상기 주변속 입력축은 상기 전방 덮개부재로부터 전향으로 돌출한 전방부 입력축과 상기 미션 케이스내의 후방부 입력축으로 분리 구성하고, 상기 전방 덮개부재에 형성한 전후 관통형상의 삽입통과 구멍에 베어링체를 통해 커플링을 회전가능하게 감합시키고, 상기 전방부 입력축과 상기 후방부 입력축을 상기 커플링에 전후 슬라이드 가능하며 또한 상대 회전 불능으로 연결하고,
상기 미션 케이스내에 상기 후방부 입력축을 남긴 상태에서 상기 전방부 입력축과 상기 베어링체와 상기 커플링을 전향으로 인발 가능하게 구성하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 후방부 입력축에 형성한 플랜지부에 상기 커플링의 후단측을 접촉시키고, 상기 베어링체의 전단측에 접촉하는 고정링을 상기 삽입통과 구멍의 내주측에 끼워 넣음으로써, 상기 커플링을 상기 베어링체와 함께 상기 전방 덮개부재에 착탈 가능하게 유지하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스내에는 상기 주행부인 전후 사륜의 이륜구동과 사륜구동을 스위칭하는 이륜구동 사륜구동 스위칭 기구를 배치하고 있고,
상기 이륜구동 사륜구동 스위칭 기구를 구성하는 배속 유압 클러치에 대한 배속 밸브와, 상기 이륜구동 사륜구동 스위칭 기구를 구성하는 사륜구동 유압 클러치에 대한 사륜구동 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 미션 케이스의 좌우 일측면에는 측면에서 봤을 때 상기 배속 유압 클러치 및 상기 사륜구동 유압 클러치와 중복되는 위치에 상기 배속 밸브 및 상기 사륜구동 밸브를 배치하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스를 전방부 케이스, 중간 케이스 및 후방부 케이스의 3자로 분할해서 구성하고, 상기 전방부 케이스내에 상기 배속 유압 클러치 및 상기 사륜구동 유압 클러치를 배치하고, 상기 전방부 케이스의 좌우 일측면에 상기 배속 밸브 및 상기 사륜구동 밸브를 부착하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 주행기체를 구성하는 프레임체의 전방부에 상기 엔진을 탑재하고, 상기 프레임체의 후방부에 상기 미션 케이스의 상기 중간 케이스를 연결한 구조로서,
상기 전방부 케이스의 좌우 일측부에 좌우 내향으로 오목한 오목부를 형성하고, 상기 오목부에 상기 배속 밸브 및 상기 사륜구동 밸브를 부착하고, 상기 배속 밸브 및 상기 사륜구동 밸브의 좌우 외측을 좌우 한쪽의 상기 프레임체로 덮고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스의 좌우 양측에 후방 차축 케이스를 통해 설치한 후방 주행부를 구비하고, 상기 미션 케이스내에 상기 좌우의 후방 주행부를 제동시키는 좌우의 브레이크 기구를 배치하고, 상기 미션 케이스의 상면에 유압식 승강 기구를 탑재하고 있고,
상기 각 브레이크 기구를 작동시키는 한쌍의 브레이크 실린더와, 상기 각 브레이크 실린더에의 작동유 공급을 제어하는 오토 브레이크 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 브레이크 실린더의 쌍과 상기 오토 브레이크 밸브의 쌍을 브레이크 제어 케이스에 장착하여 유닛화하고, 상기 미션 케이스 상면 중 상기 유압식 승강 기구보다 전방에 상기 브레이크 제어 케이스를 배치하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스를 전방부 케이스, 중간 케이스 및 후방부 케이스의 3자로 분할해서 구성하고, 상기 후방부 케이스의 상면 전방부에 상기 브레이크 제어 케이스를 부착하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스내에는 상기 엔진의 동력을 변속해서 상기 미션 케이스로부터 후향으로 돌출하는 PTO축에 전달하는 PTO 변속 기구와, 상기 PTO 변속 기구에의 동력 전달을 접속/차단하는 PTO 유압 클러치를 배치하고 있고,
상기 PTO 유압 클러치를 작동시키는 PTO 밸브를 구비하고,
상기 미션 케이스의 좌우 일측면에는 측면에서 봤을 때 상기 PTO 유압 클러치와 중복되는 위치에 상기 PTO 밸브를 배치하고 있는 작업 차량. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 미션 케이스를 전방부 케이스, 중간 케이스 및 후방부 케이스의 3자로 분할해서 구성하고, 상기 후방부 케이스내에 상기 PTO 유압 클러치 및 상기 PTO 변속 기구를 배치하고, 상기 후방부 케이스의 좌우 일측면에 상기 PTO 밸브를 부착하고 있는 작업 차량.
