Claims (11)
- 내측 방향으로 호환가능 동축 커넥터(compatible coaxial connector)(100)를 수용하기 위한 개구부를 갖는 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터로서,
내부 컨덕터(40) 및 외부 컨덕터(50)를 포함하며,
상기 내부 컨덕터(40) 및 상기 외부 컨덕터(50) 둘 모두는 중심 축(29)에 동축으로 배열되고,
상기 외부 컨덕터(50)는 원형 형상 접촉 스프링(55)을 홀딩(hold)하기 위한 그루브(groove)(45)를 포함하고,
상기 접촉 스프링은 개개의 접촉 핑거(contact finger)들 간에 갭(gap)들(57)이 있는 복수의 아크(arc)-형상 접촉 핑거들(56, 221, 223)을 포함하고,
상기 접촉 핑거들은, 상기 접촉 핑거들을 상기 그루브 내에 부착하기 위한 베이스(222)로부터 연장되고, 상기 접촉 핑거들(56, 221, 223) 중 적어도 하나의 접촉 핑거는, 상기 중심 축(29)에 대해 방사상 방향으로 상기 호환가능 동축 커넥터(100)의 외부 컨덕터(120)에 접촉하기 위한 제 1 접촉 섹션(221)을 갖고,
상기 베이스(222)와 상기 제 1 접촉 섹션(221) 간에 제 2 접촉 섹션(223)이 제공되고,
상기 제 2 접촉 섹션(223)은 상기 그루브(45)의 측벽(58)과 용량성 접촉을 이루고, 그리고
상기 제 2 접촉 섹션(223)과 상기 측벽(58) 간에 유전체 재료로 이루어진 절연 디스크(230)가 있는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접촉 스프링(55)은 상기 외부 컨덕터(50)에 방사상 방향으로 땜납 및/또는 용접되는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 베이스(222)는 본질적으로 상기 접촉 핑거들(56, 221, 223)을 방사상으로 인클로징(enclose)하는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 외부 컨덕터(50)는 상기 접촉 스프링(55)을 홀딩하기 위한 스프링 홀더(51)를 포함하는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
스프링 홀더(51)는, 상기 스프링 홀더를 상기 외부 컨덕터(50) 상에 스크루잉(screw)하기 위한, 테스트 커넥터의 외부 컨덕터 베이스에 있는 스레드와 반작용(counteract)하는 스레드를 포함하는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접촉 스프링(55)은 구리-베릴륨, 황동, 강철 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터(30)를 포함하는 동축 RF 테스트 어셈블리로서,
장착 서스펜션(10)에 의해 내부 커넥터(20) 및 연결 라인(25)이 홀딩되고,
상기 연결 라인(25)은 상기 동축 RF 테스트 커넥터(30)와 상기 내부 커넥터(20)를 연결하는, 동축 RF 테스트 어셈블리. - 삭제
