도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시형태의 터빈 날개를 터빈의 지름방향 외주 측에서 본 도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 A-A 단면도로서, 본 발명의 제1 실시형태의 볼록부의 단면 형상을 나타내는 도이다.
도 4는 도 2의 B-B 단면도로서, 본 발명의 제1 실시형태의 볼록부의 높이에 대하여 설명하는 도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 제1 실시형태의 변형예의 볼록부의 단면 형상을 나타내는 도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 제1 실시형태의 변형예의 볼록부의 단면 형상을 나타내는 도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제2 실시형태의 볼록부의 단면 형상을 나타내는 도이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 제2 실시형태의 변형예의 볼록부의 단면 형상을 나타내는 도이다.
Claims (7)
- 로터 본체에서 지름방향으로 연장하도록 설치되는 운동날개의 날개 단에 고정되고, 원주방향으로 서로 인접하여 배치되는 슈라우드 본체를 구비하고,
상기 슈라우드 본체는
서로 이웃하는 슈라우드 본체끼리 서로 당접하는 당접 단면 및 상기 당접 단면과 이어져 서로 이웃하는 슈라우드 본체끼리 클리어런스를 개재하여 대향하는 대향면을 갖는 원주방향 단면과,
상기 대향면을 따라 연장하도록 형성되어 지름방향 외측으로 돌출하는 볼록부를 갖는 외주면을 갖는 슈라우드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 볼록부는 상기 외주면 중 상기 운동날개의 회전방향의 가장 전방 측에 설치되어 있는 슈라우드. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 클리어런스는 상기 당접 단면에 가까운 측의 상기 대향면 간의 거리가 상기 당접 단면으로부터 먼 측의 상기 대향면 간의 거리보다 커지도록 형성되고, 상기 볼록부는 상기 당접 단면에 가까운 측의 상기 외주면으로부터의 돌출량이 상기 당접 단면으로부터 먼 측의 상기 외주면으로부터의 돌출량보다 커지도록 형성되어 있는 슈라우드. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 볼록부는 지름방향에서 보아 상기 클리어런스의 지름방향 외주 측의 적어도 일부를 덮는 차양부를 갖는 슈라우드. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 볼록부는 한 쌍의 대향면 중 상기 운동날개의 설치 위치에 가까운 쪽의 대향면에 대하여 연속하여 형성되어 있는 슈라우드. - 로터 본체에서 지름방향으로 연장하도록 설치되는 운동날개인 날개 본체와, 제1항에 기재된 슈라우드를 갖는 운동날개체.
- 제6항에 기재된 운동날개체를 구비하는 회전기계.
