도 1은 본 발명에 따른 백라이트 모듈의 제1표면을 도시한다.

Claims (10)
- 백라이트 모듈 및 상기 백라이트 모듈과 함께 사용되는 다수개의 액정모듈을 포함하되, 상기 백라이트 모듈은 기판, 상기 기판의 제1표면에 설치되는 광원램프를 포함하고, 상기 기판 가장자리의 지지프레임 및 상기 지지프레임과 상기 기판의 제2표면 사이에 연결된 분해 부재를 에워싸며,
상기 분해 부재는 상기 지지프레임과 연결되는 제1연결체 및 상기 기판과 연결되는 제2연결체를 포함하고, 상기 제1연결체 및 상기 제2연결체는 경첩 연결인, 이음식 액정 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지프레임의 가장자리에 고정 설치된 접착프레임을 더 포함하는, 이음식 액정 패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 접착프레임과 연결되는 격막지지부재를 더 포함하되, 상기 격막지지부재는 상기 광원램프의 외측에 설치되고 상기 제1표면을 다수개의 간격으로 나누는, 이음식 액정 패널. - 제3항에 있어서,
각 상기 간격에 광학격막이 설치되는, 이음식 액정 패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 격막지지부재 위에, 상기 광학격막의 외측에 액정모듈이 설치되고, 상기 다수개의 액정모듈 각각은 상기 제1표면의 대응되는 간격에 정렬되는, 이음식 액정 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광원램프는 평행으로 설치된 다수개의 램프관인, 이음식 액정 패널. - 기판의 제1표면에 다수개의 광원램프를 설치하는 제1단계;
상기 기판의 주변에 지지프레임을 설치하는 제2단계;
분해 부재를 설치하되, 상기 분해 부재의 제1연결체는 상기 지지프레임과 연결되고, 상기 분해 부재의 제2연결체는 상기 기판의 제2표면과 연결되는 제3단계;
상기 기판의 제1표면측, 광원램프의 외측에 상기 제1표면을 다수개의 간격으로 나누는 격막지지부재를 고정설치하고, 상기 격막지지부재에 광학격막을 설치하여, 하나의 백라이트 모듈을 형성하는 제4단계;
다수개의 액정모듈이 상기 격막지지부재의 위, 광학격막의 외측에 설치되어 이음식 액정 패널을 형성하는 제5단계;를 포함하는, 제5항의 이음식 액정패널을 조립하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제5단계에서, 상기 다수개의 액정모듈은 각각 상기 제4단계에서의 간격에 설치되는, 이음식 액정패널을 조립하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제5단계에서, 우선 상기 다수개의 액정모듈을 하나로 이은 후, 상기 백라이트 모듈과 함께 설치하는, 이음식 액정패널을 조립하는 방법. - 제1항의 이음식 액정패널을 포함하는 이음식 텔레비전.
