Claims (17)
- 유체 공급관에 있어서,
내부 구조체; 및
내부 구조체를 수납하기 위한 관 본체를 포함하고,
관 본체는, 원형의 단면을 갖고, 유입구와 유출구를 포함하며, 유입구에는 테이퍼부가 있고,
내부 구조체는, 단면이 원형인 공통의 축 부재 상에 일체화하여 형성되어 있는 제1 부분, 제2 부분, 및 제3 부분을 포함하고,
제1 부분은, 관 본체에 내부 구조체가 수납된 때에, 관 본체의 유입구 측에 위치되고 관 본체의 테이퍼부의 위치에 대응하도록 형성되고, 유입구를 통해 유입되는 유체를 관 중심으로부터 반경 방향으로 확산시키도록 원뿔형 또는 돔 형으로 형성되고,
제2 부분은, 제1 부분보다 하류 측에 위치하고, 제1 부분에 의해 확산된 유체에 회오리류를 일으키도록 복수의 나선형으로 형성된 날개를 포함하고, 축부분의 중심으로부터 날개 끝까지의 거리는, 제1 부분의 단면적이 최대인 부분의 반경보다 크고,
제3 부분은, 제2 부분보다 하류 측에 위치하고, 외주면에 복수의 돌출부를 갖고,
제2 부분의 축 방향에 있어서의 제2 부분의 길이가, 제2 부분의 축 방향에 있어서의 제1 부분의 길이보다 길고, 제2 부분의 축 방향에 있어서의 제3 부분의 길이보다 짧은,
유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제1 부분은, 원뿔형으로 형성된 내부 구조체의 일단부인, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제1 부분은, 돔 형으로 형성된 내부 구조체의 일단부인, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제2 부분은, 세 개의 날개를 포함하고,
각 날개의 끝은 축부분의 원주 방향으로 서로 120도씩 떨어져 있는, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제3 부분은,
원형의 단면을 갖는 축부분과, 그 외주면에 복수의 마름모꼴의 돌출부를 포함하는, 유체 공급관.
- 제5항에 있어서,
복수의 마름모꼴의 돌출부는 그물 형태로 형성되어 있는, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
내부 구조체는, 제3 부분보다 하류 측에 유체를 관의 중심을 향하여 유도하는 제4 부분을 포함하고,
제1 부분, 제2 부분, 제3 부분과 함께 제4 부분은, 공통의 원주 부재 상에 일체화하여 하나의 부품으로서 형성되어 있는, 유체 공급관.
- 제7항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제4 부분은, 돔 형으로 형성된 내부 구조체의 일단부인, 유체 공급관.
- 제7항에 있어서,
내부 구조체의 제4 부분은, 원뿔형으로 형성된 내부 구조체의 일단부인, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항에 있어서,
관 본체는, 유입측 부재와 유출측 부재로 구성되고,
유입측 부재와 유출측 부재는 나사 결합에 의하여 연결되는, 유체 공급관.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 유체 공급관에, 냉각액을 유입시키고, 소정의 유동 특성을 부여해서 공구나 피가공물에 토출시켜 냉각시키는 공작 기계.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 유체 공급관에, 소정 온도의 물을 유입시키고, 소정의 유동 특성을 부여하여 토출시켜서 세정 효과를 향상시키는 샤워 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 유체 공급관에, 복수의 서로 다른 특성의 유체를 유입시키고, 소정의 유동 특성을 부여하여, 이 복수의 유체를 혼합시켜 토출시키는 유체 혼합 장치.
