Claims (10)
- 제1 방향을 따라 연장되는 복수의 미세구조물을 포함하는 구조화된 주 표면을 포함하는 광 지향 필름으로서, 각각의 미세구조물은 복수의 융기된 부분 및 복수의 비-융기된 부분을 포함하며, 복수의 미세구조물의 융기된 부분들은 평균 길이를 갖고, 각각의 융기된 부분은 제1 방향을 따라 선단 에지 및 후단 에지를 포함하며, 광 지향 필름은 연속적인 2차원 격자를 형성하는 복수의 동일한 크기 및 형상의 격자 셀로 분할될 수 있고, 각각의 격자 셀은 적어도 2개의 이웃하는 미세구조물의 피크들을 포함하며, 격자 셀들 중 70% 이상의 각각은 융기된 부분의 단일 선단 에지, 또는 융기된 부분이 융기된 부분들의 평균 길이보다 큰 길이를 갖는 경우 융기된 부분의 일부분을 포함하는 광 지향 필름.
- 광 지향 필름 상에 복수의 돌출부를 분포시키는 방법으로서,
(a) 제1 방향을 따라 연장되는 복수의 미세구조물 - 각각의 미세구조물은 제1 방향을 따라 연장되는 피크를 포함함 - 을 포함하는 광 지향 필름을 제공하는 단계;
(b) 광 지향 필름 상에 연속적인 격자 - 격자는 복수의 동일한 크기 및 형상의 격자 셀을 포함하여, 각각의 격자 셀이 동일한 수의 미세구조물 피크를 포함함 - 를 덮어씌우는 단계;
(c) 각각의 격자 셀을 동일한 수의 서브-셀(sub-cell)로 분할하여, 각각의 서브-셀이 단일 미세구조물 피크를 포함하게 하는 단계;
(d) 각각의 격자 셀에서 단일 서브-셀을 무작위로 선택하는 단계; 및
(e) 각각 무작위로 선택된 서브-셀 내에 돌출부의 선단 에지를 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 삭제
