Claims (13)
- 코일부; 및
상기 코일부 주변에 형성되며 자성 물질을 포함하는 바디;
를 포함하고,
상기 바디는, 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더를 포함하며,
상기 제1 자성 파우더에 형성된 절연막의 평균 두께는 상기 제2 자성 파우더에 형성된 절연막의 평균 두께보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디는 상기 코일부의 상부 및 하부에 복수의 자성체 층을 적층하여 형성되며,
상기 복수의 자성체 층 중 상기 코일부와 인접한 자성체 층은 상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제1 자성 파우더를 포함하고, 나머지 자성체 층은 상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제2 자성 파우더를 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디는 상기 코일부의 상부 및 하부에 복수의 자성체 층을 적층하여 형성되며,
상기 복수의 자성체 층 중 상기 코일부와 인접한 자성체 층은 상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제2 자성 파우더를 포함하고, 나머지 자성체 층은 상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제1 자성 파우더를 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 자성 파우더에 형성된 절연막의 평균 두께는 10nm 이상 40nm 이하이고, 상기 제2 자성 파우더에 형성된 절연막의 평균 두께는 1nm 이상 10nm 이하인 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더를 1:9 내지 9:1의 중량비로 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더의 입자 직경은 0.1μm 내지 90μm인 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더는 Mn-Zn계 페라이트, Ni-Zn계 페라이트, Ni-Zn-Cu계 페라이트, Mn-Mg계 페라이트, Ba계 페라이트 및 Li계 페라이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더는 철(Fe), 규소(Si), 붕소(B), 크롬(Cr), 알루미늄(Al), 구리(Cu), 니오븀(Nb) 및 니켈(Ni)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더의 표면에 형성된 절연막의 유리전이온도(Tg)는 120℃ 이상인 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더의 표면에 형성된 절연막은 에폭시(Epoxy), 폴리이미드(Polyimide), 아크릴(Acrylic), 테프론(Teflon) 및 액정 결정성 폴리머(LCP, Liquid Crystalline Polymer)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면에 절연막이 형성된 제1 및 제2 자성 파우더는 열경화성 수지에 분산되어 포함되는 코일 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일부는, 기판 및 상기 기판의 표면에 형성된 제1 및 제2 코일 도체를 포함하는 코일 부품.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 바디의 외부에 형성되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 코일 도체와 각각 접속하는 제1 및 제2 외부전극을 더 포함하는 코일 부품.
