Claims (10)
- 코일 기판;
상기 코일 기판의 제1 및 제2 주면 중 적어도 하나에 형성된 코일 패턴;
적어도 상기 코일 패턴의 코어 영역을 충진하도록 형성되며 자성 물질을 갖는 바디 영역; 및
상기 코일 패턴의 최외곽 영역의 일부를 이루며 상기 바디 영역의 외부로 노출된 인출부;를 포함하며,
상기 코일 패턴에서 상기 인출부를 제외한 영역과 상기 인출부는 서로 물리적, 전기적으로 연결되고,
상기 코일 패턴에서 상기 인출부를 제외한 영역은 나선형 패턴을 이루되 인접한 패턴들 사이의 간격(제1 간격)은 균일하며, 상기 나선형 패턴에서 상기 인출부에 인접한 것과 상기 인출부 사이의 간격을 제2 간격이라 할 때, 상기 제2 간격은 상기 제1 간격보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인출부는 상기 나선형 패턴을 향하는 면이 곡면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인출부에서 상기 곡면의 곡률 반경은 상기 나선형 패턴의 곡률 반경과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 인출부에서 상기 곡면의 곡률 반경은 상기 나선형 패턴의 곡률 반경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 나선형 패턴의 폭을 a라 하고, 상기 인출부의 폭을 b라 할 때, 2a/3 < b의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 간격을 c라 하고, 상기 제2 간격을 d라 할 때, 1.5c < d의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일 패턴은 도금으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코일 패턴은 상기 코일 기판의 제1 및 제2 주면에 각각 배치된 제1 및 제2 코일 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디 영역의 표면에 형성되어 상기 인출부와 연결되는 외부전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디 영역은 금속 자성체 분말 및 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 전자부품.
