Claims (16)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 헤테로고리 화합물:

상기 화학식 1에 있어서,
X1 내지 X3 중 적어도 하나는 N이고, 나머지는 CH이며,
L1은 아릴렌기이고,
L2는 직접결합; 또는 아릴렌기이고,
Ar2 및 Ar3는 서로 같거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 아릴기이며,
Ar1은 알킬기로 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기; 또는 아릴기로 치환 또는 비치환된 단환 또는 다환의 헤테로아릴기이고,
상기 L2가 직접결합인 경우, 상기 Ar1은 알킬기로 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기; 또는 아릴기로 치환 또는 비치환된 다환의 헤테로아릴기이며,
상기 과 Ar1는 서로 상이하며,
상기 는 화학식 1의 L1에 결합되는 부위이다. - 삭제

- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 전자주입층, 전자수송층, 또는 전자 주입 및 수송을 동시에 하는 층을 포함하고, 상기 전자주입층, 전자수송층, 또는 전자 주입 및 수송을 동시에 하는 층은 상기 헤테로고리 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 정공차단층을 포함하고, 상기 정공차단층은 상기 헤테로고리 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 유기물층은 발광층을 포함하고, 상기 발광층은 상기 헤테로고리 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
