Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 하기를 포함하는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물:
- 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 (Ai), 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 2 개 이상의 반응기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Aii), 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 하나 이상의 반응기를 함유하고 또한 직접 또는 중화제와 반응시킴으로써 염을 수득한 후, 수성 매질 중에서 분산가능한 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체를 제공할 수 있는 하나 이상의 친수성 화합물 (Aiii), 및 이소시아네이트기와 반응하여 쇄 연장을 제공할 수 있는 하나 이상의 활성 수소-함유 쇄 연장제 (Avii) 의 반응으로 수득되는 하나 이상의 고분자량 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리우레탄 (A) 로서, 상기 폴리우레탄 (A) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 100000 달톤 초과임; 및
- 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물 (Bi), 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 2 개 이상의 반응기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Bii), 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 하나 이상의 반응기를 함유하고 또한 직접 또는 중화제와 반응시킴으로써 염을 수득한 후, 수성 매질 중에서 분산가능한 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체를 제공할 수 있는 하나 이상의 친수성 화합물 (Biii), 및 이소시아네이트기와 반응할 수 있는 하나의 반응기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Biv) 의 반응으로 수득되는, 폴리우레탄 (A) 와는 상이한 하나 이상의 저분자량 에틸렌성 불포화 폴리우레탄 (B) 로서, 상기 폴리우레탄 (B) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 100000 달톤 이하임. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (B) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 1000 내지 100000 달톤인 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (A) 는 추가적으로 하나 이상의 폴리올 (Avi) 로부터 제조되는, 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (B) 는 추가적으로 하나 이상의 폴리올 (Bvi) 또는 하나 이상의 활성 수소-함유 쇄 연장제 (Bvii) 로부터 선택되는 하나 이상으로부터 제조되는, 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (B) 가 폴리우레탄 (B) 의 g 당 3 meq 이상의 중합가능 에틸렌성 불포화 기를 함유하는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, ASTM D2354 에 따른 최소 필름 형성 온도가 40 ℃ 이하를 나타내는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 (Ai) 및 (Bi) 이 지방족 및 시클로지방족 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 친수성 화합물 (Aiii) 및 (Biii) 이 일반식 (HO)xR(COOH)y (여기서, R 은 탄소수 1 내지 12 인 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 탄화수소 잔기를 나타내고, x 및 y 는 독립적으로 1 내지 3 의 정수임) 으로 나타내는 히드록시카르복실산으로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Aii) 및 (Bii) 가 디글리시딜 화합물을 (메트)아크릴산과 반응시킨 생성물로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Aii) 및 (Bii) 가 비스페놀 A 디글리시딜에테르의 디아크릴레이트 에스테르로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 (Biv) 가 지방족 폴리올, 방향족 폴리올, 또는 지방족 폴리올 및 방향족 폴리올을 1 의 잔류하는 평균 히드록실 관능기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴산과 에스테르화시킨 생성물로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 활성 수소 함유 쇄 연장제 (Avii) 이 탄소수 60 이하인 폴리아민으로부터 선택되는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 (A) 및 폴리우레탄 (B) 의 전체 중량에 대해 10 내지 90 중량% 의 폴리우레탄 (A), 및 10 내지 90 중량% 의 폴리우레탄 (B) 를 포함하는 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물.
- 제품이 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물로 코팅되는 단계를 포함하는 코팅된 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 수성 라디에이션-경화성 조성물이 폴리우레탄 (A), 폴리우레탄 (B) 또는 외부 화합물로부터 선택되는 하나 이상 중에 존재하는 반응성 관능기의 존재로 인해 부가 가교결합 반응이 실시되는 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, (차폐된) 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리아지리딘, 폴리카르보디이미드, 금속 염, 폴리에폭시드 및 폴리알콕시실란으로부터 선택된 부가 외부 가교결합제가 조성물에 첨가되는 방법.
