Abstract
Description
도 2은 출발물질인 감포40호(Gampo40) 광산에서 채취한 칼슘형 벤토나이트에 대해 측정된 X-선 회절패턴이다.
도 3 내지 도 9은 실시예 1, 2 및 비교예 1 내지 5에 따라 합성된 물질에 대해 측정된 X-선 회절패턴들이다.

Claims (6)
- 벤토나이트(bentonite)를 왕수(aqua regia)에 용해시키는 제1 단계;
상기 벤토나이트가 용해된 왕수 용액에 수산화나트륨(NaOH)을 첨가하여 합성 용액을 제조하는 제2 단계; 및
상기 합성 용액을 90℃ 이상 100℃ 미만의 온도에서 유지하여 몬모릴로나이트 결정을 합성하는 제3 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제2 단계에서 3 내지 7 M의 수산화나트륨 수용액이 상기 벤토나이트가 용해된 왕수 용액에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 몬모릴로나이트 합성방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 벤토나이트는 천연 벤토나이트 2 mm 이하의 크기로 파분쇄한 미립자를 포함하고,
상기 왕수는 염산(HCl)과 질산(HNO3)을 약 1:3의 몰비율(molar ratio)로 혼합한 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 몬모릴로나이트 합성방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수산화나트륨 수용액은 상기 합성 용액의 pH는 11 내지 13이 되도록 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 몬모릴로나이트 합성방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제3 단계에서 상기 합성 용액은 밀봉된 상태로 20 내지 30시간 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 몬모릴로나이트 합성방법. - 제1에 있어서,
125 내지 135 cm2/g의 비표면적을 갖는 몬모릴로나이트가 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 몬모릴로나이트 합성방법.
