Claims (7)
- 냉장실;
상기 냉장실 내에 설치되는 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸;
상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸의 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 진공 펌프;
산소를 저장하는 산소탱크;
이산화탄소를 저장하는 이산화탄소탱크;
상기 산소탱크로부터 공급되는 산소와 이산화탄소탱크로부터 공급되는 이산화탄소를 혼합하는 가스혼합장치;
상기 냉장실 내에 설치되고, 상기 가스혼합장치로부터 공급되는 혼합 가스를 냉각시킨 후 상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸의 내부에 냉각된 혼합 가스를 공급하는 냉각 파이프;
상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸의 내부에 수분을 공급하는 습도조절장치; 및
상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸 각각에 대한 별도의 제어가 가능하며, 각 드라이에이징 룸에 공급되는 산소와 이산화탄소의 비율을 설정하여 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 각 드라이에이징 룸 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 비율을 주기적으로 감지하여 설정치와 다르면, 상기 진공 펌프를 가동하여 드라이에이징 룸의 내부를 진공 상태로 만든 다음 상기 가스혼합장치를 이용하여 다시 설정치에 해당하는 혼합 가스를 드라이에이징 룸에 공급하는 제어부를 포함하되,
질소를 공급하는 질소탱크를 더 구비하고,
상기 가스혼합장치는 산소탱크로부터 공급되는 산소, 이산화탄소탱크로부터 공급되는 이산화탄소, 질소탱크로부터 공급되는 질소를 혼합하며,
상기 제어부는 각 드라이에이징 룸에 공급되는 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 설정하여 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 각 드라이에이징 룸 내의 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 주기적으로 감지하여 설정치와 다르면, 상기 진공 펌프를 가동하여 드라이에이징 룸의 내부를 진공 상태로 만든 다음 상기 가스혼합장치를 이용하여 다시 설정치에 해당하는 혼합 가스를 드라이에이징 룸에 공급하고,
상기 제어부는,
이산화탄소 비율은 고정하고, 산소 비율을 높이면 질소 비율을 낮춰서 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 상기 습도조절장치를 제어하여 습도를 높이며,
이산화탄소 비율은 고정하고, 산소 비율을 낮추면 질소 비율을 높여서 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 상기 습도조절장치를 제어하여 습도를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 이용한 드라이에이징 시스템.

상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸의 내부에 수분을 공급하는 습도조절장치; 및
상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸 각각에 대한 별도의 제어가 가능하며, 각 드라이에이징 룸에 공급되는 산소와 이산화탄소의 비율을 설정하여 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 각 드라이에이징 룸 내의 산소 및 이산화탄소의 비율을 주기적으로 감지하여 설정치와 다르면, 상기 진공 펌프를 가동하여 드라이에이징 룸의 내부를 진공 상태로 만든 다음 상기 가스혼합장치를 이용하여 다시 설정치에 해당하는 혼합 가스를 드라이에이징 룸에 공급하는 제어부를 포함하되,
질소를 공급하는 질소탱크를 더 구비하고,
상기 가스혼합장치는 산소탱크로부터 공급되는 산소, 이산화탄소탱크로부터 공급되는 이산화탄소, 질소탱크로부터 공급되는 질소를 혼합하며,
상기 제어부는 각 드라이에이징 룸에 공급되는 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 설정하여 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 각 드라이에이징 룸 내의 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 주기적으로 감지하여 설정치와 다르면, 상기 진공 펌프를 가동하여 드라이에이징 룸의 내부를 진공 상태로 만든 다음 상기 가스혼합장치를 이용하여 다시 설정치에 해당하는 혼합 가스를 드라이에이징 룸에 공급하고,
상기 제어부는,
이산화탄소 비율은 20%로 고정하고, 산소 비율은 20~80%, 질소 비율은 0~60%를 혼합하되, 산소 비율을 높이면 질소 비율을 낮춰서 혼합 가스를 공급하고, 산소 비율을 낮추면 질소 비율을 높여서 혼합 가스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 이용한 드라이에이징 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
질소 비율이 0%가 될 때 상기 습도조절장치를 제어하여 드라이에이징 룸 내의 습도가 50%가 되도록 하고, 질소 비율이 60%가 될 때 상기 습도조절장치를 제어하여 드라이에이징 룸 내의 습도가 15~20%가 되도록 함으로써, 질소 비율이 낮을 때는 습도를 높이고, 질소 비율이 높을 때는 습도를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 이용한 드라이에이징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 각 드라이에이징 룸의 내부에는 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 측정 및 분석하는 측정센서가 구비되고,
상기 제어부는 상기 측정센서를 이용하여 각 드라이에이징 룸 내의 산소, 이산화탄소 및 질소의 비율을 주기적으로 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 이용한 드라이에이징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 파이프는 냉장실 내의 별도의 하우징 내부에 구비되며, S자 형태로 반복하여 구부러진 형태로 형성되고, S자 형태의 구부러진 파이프의 후단에는 냉각된 혼합 가스를 보관하여 상기 하나 이상의 드라이에이징 룸으로 공급할 수 있는 공급량을 확보하기 위해 냉각 파이프보다 직경이 큰 냉각 가스 보관부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소를 이용한 드라이에이징 시스템.
