Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 밀폐된 공간 내에서 식품 냉동을 위해 사용된 후 외부로 배출되는 냉동용 가스의 열 교환을 위한 장치로서, 상기 냉동용 가스를 일정 공간으로 유도하기 위한 가이드 덕트(10)와; 상기 가이드 덕트(10)에서 배출되는 냉동용 가스를 밀폐된 공간에 저장하기 위한 가스 하우징(20)과; 상기 가스 하우징(20) 내 상부에 설치되어 물을 분사하기 위한 워터 인젝션(30)과; 상기 가이드 덕트(10) 및 워터 인젝션(30) 사이에 배치되고 복수개의 구멍이 형성된 열교환 패널(40)과; 상기 열교환 패널(40)을 통해 냉각되어 낙하되는 물을 수집하기 위한 냉각수 수집조(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 밀폐된 공간 내에서 식품 냉동을 위해 사용된 후 외부로 배출되는 냉동용 가스의 열 교환을 위한 장치에 있어서,
상기 냉동용 가스를 일정 공간으로 유도하기 위한 가이드 덕트(10)와;
상기 가이드 덕트(10)에서 배출되는 냉동용 가스를 밀폐된 공간에 저장하기 위한 가스 하우징(20)과;
상기 가스 하우징(20) 내 상부에 설치되어 물을 분사하기 위한 워터 인젝션(30)과;
상기 가이드 덕트(10) 및 워터 인젝션(30) 사이에 배치되는 열교환 패널(40)과;
상기 열교환 패널(40)을 통해 냉각되어 낙하되는 물을 수집하기 위한 냉각수 수집조(50);를 포함하되,
상기 가스 하우징(20)에는 일정 압력 이상이 가해지면 파괴되도록 크랙이 형성된 투명체의 투시패널(21)이 설치되고,
상기 열교환 패널(40)은 중앙부를 향해 상향 경사진 경사면을 갖고 상부에 물 배출 구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 냉동용 가스를 사용한 열교환 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가스 하우징(20) 내 위치되는 가이드 덕트(10) 끝단 부분에는 냉동용 가스의 배출을 위한 복수개의 통공(11)이 형성되고,
상기 가스 하우징(20) 외측에 배치되는 축회전 모터(61)와, 상기 축회전 모터(61)에 의해 회전되어 냉동용 가스의 흐름을 가스 하우징(20)으로 유도하기 위한 가스 가이드팬(62)으로 이루어진 가스 가이드부(60)를 포함하며,
상기 가스 가이드팬(62)은 상기 가이드 덕트(10) 내부 끝단에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 냉동용 가스를 사용한 열교환 장치.

- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 냉각수 수집조(50)에는 수위 감지센서(71)와, 상기 수위 감지센서(71)를 통해 일정 수위 이상으로 냉각수량이 감지될 경우 냉각수를 외부로 배출하기 위한 냉각수 펌핑라인(72)으로 이루어진 냉각수 처리부(70)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 냉동용 가스를 사용한 열교환 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 가이드 덕트(10) 끝단에는 온도감지센서(81)가 설치되고,
상기 온도감지센서(81)를 통해 일정 수준 이하의 온도가 감지될 경우 상기 워터 인젝션(30) 및 가스 가이드부(60)를 작동시키기 위한 하우징 제어부(80)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 냉동용 가스를 사용한 열교환 장치.
