Claims (36)
- 피처리물을 수납하고 밀봉한 진공 포장지를 진공 용기에 로딩하는 단계;
상기 진공 용기와 상기 진공 포장지를 배기하는 단계;
상기 진공 용기 내에 배치되고 진공 상태로 유지된 상기 진공 포장지에 멸균제를 주입하는 단계; 및
상기 진공 용기를 대기압으로 벤트하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 진공 용기 내에 배치된 상태에서 상기 진공 포장지로부터 주입된 멸균제를 배기하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멸균 방법. - 피처리물을 수납하고 밀봉한 진공 포장지를 진공 용기에 로딩하는 단계;
상기 진공 용기와 상기 진공 포장지를 배기하는 단계;
상기 진공 용기 내에 배치되고 진공 상태로 유지된 상기 진공 포장지에 멸균제를 주입하는 단계; 및
상기 진공 용기를 대기압으로 벤트하는 단계를 포함하고,
