Claims (12)
- 배기가스가 통과하는 배기가스 유동관로의 내 벽면에 형성되는 단열 코팅층을 포함하되,
상기 단열 코팅층은, 2종 이상의 실리콘계 화합물을 포함하는 무기 바인더 및 상기 무기 바인더에 분산된 에어로겔을 포함하고, 상기 무기 바인더 100중량부 대비 상기 에어로겔 5 내지 50중량부를 포함하며, ASTM E1461에 의해 측정한 열전도도가 1.0 W/mK 이하이고,
상기 2종 이상의 실리콘계 화합물이 실리케이트 및 실란올이며, 상기 실리케이트 대비 실란올의 중량비가 2 내지 10이고,
상기 무기 바인더는 상기 2종 이상의 실리콘계 화합물의 졸겔반응물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 단열 코팅층은 10㎛ 내지 2,000㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 단열 코팅층은 ISO 16276-2에 의해 측정한 금속에 대한 접착강도가 5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 단열 코팅층은 ASTM D3418에 의해 측정한 녹는점이 100℃ 내지 500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단열 코팅층은,
실린더 헤드의 배기 포트, 상기 배기 포트와 연통하는 배기 매니폴드 및 상기 배기 매니폴드와 연통하는 프론트 머플러의 배기가스 유동관로에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 삭제

상기 실리케이트는 금속 실리케이트염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에어로겔은 규소 산화물, 탄소, 고분자 및 금속 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에어로겔은 100 ㎠/g 내지 1,000 ㎠/g 의 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기 시스템.
