Claims (27)
- (1) 반응기에서 프로판, 산소, 수증기 및 이산화탄소를 포함하는 반응물을 촉매를 사용하여 부분산화 반응시켜, 아크릴산 함유 혼합가스를 수득하는 단계;
(2) 상기 아크릴산 함유 혼합가스를 아크릴산 함유 용액 및 기상부산물로 분리하는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 기상부산물을 상기 반응기로 재순환시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 기상부산물은 프로판, 프로필렌, 산소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소 및 수증기를 포함하고,
상기 반응물은 상기 반응물 전체 몰에 대하여,
상기 수증기 15 ~ 30몰%;
상기 이산화탄소 40 ~ 80몰%; 및
상기 프로판과 산소를 1:0.5 ~ 3의 몰비로 잔량 포함하는 연속식 아크릴산 제조방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (3) 단계는 상기 기상부산물에 프로판 및 산소를 더 포함시켜 상기 반응기로 재순환시키는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 아크릴산 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (1)단계 및 상기 (2)단계 사이에
로듐(Rh), 이리듐(Ir), 팔라듐(Pd) 및 백금(Pt) 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 촉매로 상기 아크릴산 함유 혼합 가스에 포함된 일산화탄소를 이산화탄소로 산화시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 아크릴산 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (3)단계의 기상부산물이 상기 반응기로 재순환되기 전에
로듐(Rh), 이리듐(Ir), 팔라듐(Pd) 및 백금 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 촉매로 상기 기상부산물에 포함된 일산화탄소를 이산화탄소로 산화시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 아크릴산 제조방법. - 삭제
