Claims (10)
- 하우징;
상기 하우징 내에 배치되는 스테이터;
상기 스테이터 내에 배치되고 마그네트를 포함하는 로터;
상기 하우징의 일측에 결합되는 커버부재;
상기 커버부재 내에 배치되고 내륜과 외륜을 포함하는 베어링;
상기 마그네트와 결합하는 너트 샤프트; 및
상기 너트 샤프트와 결합하는 리드 스크류를 포함하고,
상기 너트 샤프트는 상기 베어링의 내륜을 관통하며, 상기 베어링의 내륜을 고정하는 고정유닛을 포함하고,
상기 고정유닛은 후크부재 및 제1 스토퍼를 포함하고,
상기 후크부재는 상기 베어링의 일면과 접촉하는 걸림턱을 포함하며,
상기 제1 스토퍼는 상기 걸림턱과 접촉하는 상기 베어링의 일면과 반대되는 타면과 접촉하고,
상기 너트 샤프트와 상기 고정유닛은 일체로 형성되는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 너트 샤프트는 복수 개의 돌기부를 포함하는 제1 외주면을 포함하고,
상기 제1 스토퍼는 상기 제1 외주면보다 직경이 작은 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 복수 개의 돌기부 사이에 상기 마그네트의 위치를 구속하는 제2 스토퍼를 포함하는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 후크부재의 끝단의 외주면은 축방향에 대하여 경사진 슬라이딩 경사면을 포함하는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 후크부재는 상기 너트 샤프트의 상측 둘레에 90도 간격으로 4개가 배치되는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼에서 걸림턱까지의 길이는 상기 베어링의 높이와 대응되는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 후크부재는 가이드 면을 포함하고,
상기 가이드 면은 마주보는 후크부재에 형성된 가이드 면과의 거리를 지름으로 하는 가상의 원과 대응되는 형상의 아크(arc)를 가지는 리니어 스텝모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 너트 샤프트는 숫나사부가 형성된 리드 스크류와 나사 결합하도록 내주면의 일부 구간에 암 나사부가 형성되는 리니어 스텝모터. - 삭제
