Claims (15)
- 플라스틱제 하지층을 내면으로 하는 용기의 형태를 가지는 다층구조체로서,
상기 용기의 내면이 되는 플라스틱제 하지층의 표면에 액층(液層)이 형성되고,
상기 하지층에 대하여 용기 외면측에는 상기 액층을 형성하는 액체의 확산을 억제 또는 차단하는 액(液) 확산 방지층이 설치되어 있으며,
상기 하지층 표면과 액 확산 방지층 간의 간격은 5 내지 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액층은, 하기 식 (1)로 산출되는 액층의 피복률(F)이 0.5 이상으로 유지되어 있는 다층구조체:
F=(cosθ-cosθB)/(cosθA-cosθB) (1)
식 중,
θ는 상기 다층구조체 표면에서의 수(水)접촉각이고,
θA는 상기 액층을 형성하는 액체상(上)에서의 수접촉각이며,
θB는 상기 하지층을 형성하는 플라스틱 단체상(單體上)에서의 수접촉각이다. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액 확산 방지층이, 밀도가 1.00g/㎤ 이상이고 또한 유리 전이점(Tg)이 35℃ 이상인 수지, 또는 결정화도가 0.5 이상인 수지로 형성되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액 확산 방지층이, 금속박, 금속 증착막 또는 유리나 세라믹류 등의 무기 재료로 형성되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하지층은, 1.0g/㎤ 이하의 밀도를 갖는 수지로 형성되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하지층이, 상기 액층을 형성하는 액체를 포함하고, 그 액체가 상기 액층의 공급원으로 되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하지층과 상기 액 확산 방지층과의 사이에, 추가로 상기 액층을 형성하는 액체를 포함하는 액 확산 조절층이 설치되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 다층구조체를 대기압하에 홀딩한 액층 지속 시험을 실시했을 때, 하기 식 (2)로 표시되는 피복 저하율(ΔF)이 40% 이하로 억제되어 있는 다층구조체:
ΔF=100×(F0-F1)/F0 (2)
식 중,
F0은 시험 개시부터 1일 후의 상기 액층의 피복률(F)이고,
F1은 시험 개시부터 14일 경과 후에서의 상기 액층의 피복률(F)이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액층을 형성하고 있는 액체가, 식용유, 지방산 트리글리세라이드, 불소계 계면활성제 또는 실리콘 오일인 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하지층이 올레핀계 수지층인 다층구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액 확산 방지층의 용기 외면측에는, 플라스틱제 기재(基材)의 층이 설치되어 있는 다층구조체. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱제 기재가 올레핀계 수지제인 다층구조체. - 삭제
- 플라스틱제 하지층의 표면에 액층(液層)이 형성된 필름의 형태를 갖고 있는 다층구조체로서,
상기 액층이 형성된 상기 하지층의 표면의 반대측에, 상기 액층을 형성하는 액체의 확산을 억제 또는 차단하는 액(液) 확산 방지층이 설치되어 있으며,
상기 하지층 표면과 액 확산 방지층 간의 간격은 5 내지 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층구조체.
