Claims (16)
- 래들 정련에 사용되는 용강 처리 장치로서,
제1전극과, 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 분리되는 제2전극을 포함하는 전원공급모듈; 및
상기 전원공급모듈에 연결되는 전원부;를 포함하고,
상기 제1전극은 면적을 갖는 플레이트 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제2전극은 상기 제1전극을 관통하며 상하방향으로 연장되도록 구비되고, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 사이에는 절연체가 구비되며,
상기 제1전극은 용강의 상부에 형성되는 슬래그에 부유하도록 상기 슬래그의 비중보다 작은 비중을 갖는 재료를 포함하는 용강 처리 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2전극의 하부에는 면적을 가지며 상기 제1전극과 나란하게 구비되는 연장부가 형성되는 용강 처리 장치. - 래들 정련에 사용되는 용강 처리 장치로서,
제1전극과, 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 분리되는 제2전극을 포함하는 전원공급모듈; 및
상기 전원공급모듈에 연결되는 전원부;를 포함하고,
상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극은 면적을 갖는 플레이트 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 사이에 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극을 이격시키도록 절연체가 구비되며,
상기 제1전극은 용강의 상부에 형성되는 슬래그에 부유하도록 상기 슬래그의 비중보다 작은 비중을 갖는 재료를 포함하는 용강 처리 장치. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제2전극은 복수의 관통구를 포함하는 용강 처리 장치. - 청구항 1, 청구항 4 및 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1전극은 흑연을 포함하는 용강 처리 장치. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제2전극은 Al2O3(MgO)-C를 포함하는 전도성 내화물을 포함하는 용강 처리 장치. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 절연체는 상기 용강 상부에 형성되는 슬래그의 두께보다 길게 형성되는 용강 처리 장치. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 전원공급모듈은 래들 내부로 삽입되도록 래들 커버에 설치되는 용강 처리 장치. - 삭제
