Claims (7)
- 전류의 인가에 의해 자기력을 발생시키는 마그넷 코어;
마그넷 코어에 인접하여 설치되며, 마그넷 코어의 자기력에 의해 이동되는 아마추어;
아마추어가 설치되는 설치공간이 구비되고, 설치공간의 하부에 유입부와 배출부를 갖는 연료 이동통로가 구비되며, 설치공간과 연료 이동통로를 관통하여 연결하는 연결홀이 구비되는 실린더;
아마추어에 관통 결합되어 상측으로는 마그넷 코어에 지지되고, 하측으로는 연결홀에 관통되어 연료 이동통로를 개폐하도록 아마추어와 함께 이동되는 밸브바디;
실린더의 연결홀에 끼워지는 밸브바디의 외주면에 구비되어 밸브바디가 관통홀에서 왕복 이동되는 것을 가이드하는 가이드부;
가이드부의 하단에서 상단까지 형성되며 연료가 이동되는 적어도 하나 이상의 유로;
유로를 통하여 연료가 이동되어 작동실로 이동될 때, 와류를 발생시켜 연료에 함유된 이물질이 작동실로 들어가는 것을 방지하는 이물질 유입방지부;를 포함하되,
유로는, 가이드부의 외주면 하단에서 상측을 향하여 가이드부의 상단에서 하측을 향하여 각각 일정길이로 형성되되 동일직선상에 배치되지 않고 평행하게 형성되는 수직통로와, 각각의 수직통로에서 서로 인접한 단부를 연결하는 수평통로를 포함하여 구성되며,
이물질 유입방지부는, 수직통로와 수평통로가 연결되는 부분으로 연료의 흐름을 바꿔서 와류를 발생시키는 꺾임부로 구성되며, 꺾임부를 구성하는 수직통로의 상부 내면이 곡면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입방지 구조를 갖는 솔레노이드 밸브.

상기 수평통로가 2개 이상으로 구성될 때, 수평통로의 개수를 n이라 하면, 수직통로는 n+1 개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입 방지구조를 갖는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 수평통로가 짝수로 구성되면, 수직통로는 적어도 2개 이상이 동일 직선상에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입 방지구조를 갖는 솔레노이드 밸브. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
수평통로와 수직통로의 바닥면에는,
연료의 흐름을 가속하기 위하여 나선 형상으로 적어도 한 개 이상의 나선홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질 유입 방지구조를 갖는 솔레노이드 밸브.
