Abstract
본 실시 예에 의하면, 가공대상물의 밴딩(절곡)시 롤러가 가공대상물의 절곡되는 면을 따라 구르면서 하강하므로 가공대상물과의 마찰이나 가공대상물의 표면이 긁히는 문제를 최소화할 수 있고, 이에 따라 가공대상물의 표면손상 및 쇳가루 발생을 원천적으로 해소할 수 있으며, 특히 바디의 하면에 쇳가루가 눌어붙지 않아 밴딩펀치의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (4)
- 좌측 하부모서리를 전후방향으로 관통하는 원통형의 수용홈이 외측 대각선방향으로 개구되게 형성되어진 바디와;
상기 수용홈을 따라 전후방향으로 끼워져 회전가능하게 고정되되, 둘레면 일부가 외부로 노출되어, 가공대상물을 가압 밴딩하는 원통형의 롤러;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밴딩펀치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디에는 가공대상물을 먼저 절단한 후에 밴딩이 연속해서 이루어질 수 있도록 수용홈을 향해 상향으로 경사진 커팅부가 더 보강 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 밴딩펀치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 바디에는,
상기 롤러의 노출된 둘레면보다 후퇴되도록 단턱지게 형성되어 가공대상물이 밴딩될 때 바디와 가공대상물이 서로 접촉되는 않도록 하는 간섭방지부가 더 보강 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밴딩펀치.
- 펀치홀더;
상기 펀치홀더에 설치되는 펀치플레이트;
상기 펀치플레이트에 착탈가능하게 설치되며 좌측 하부모서리를 전후방향으로 관통하는 원통형의 수용홈이 외측 대각선방향으로 개구되게 형성되어진 바디와, 수용홈을 따라 전후방향으로 끼워져 회전가능하게 고정되되, 둘레면 일부가 외부로 노출되어, 가공대상물을 가압 밴딩하는 원통형의 롤러로 구성된 밴딩펀치;
상기 밴딩펀치를 기준으로 상호 대향되게 펀치플레이트에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 바디의 수용홈으로부터 롤러가 이탈되지 않도록 하는 고정핀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 밴딩 금형.
