Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물의 ABTS 라디컬 소거능을 추출공정별로 대조군과 농도에 따라 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 3본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물의 FRAP에 의한 환원력을 추출공정별로 농도에 따라 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 4의 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물의 SOD 유사 활성능을 추출공정별로 대조군과 농도에 따라 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 5의 (a),(b),(c),(d)는 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물의 아토피 피부염증 억제 효능을 측정하기 위하여 세포생존 및 증식에 미치는 영향을 추출공정별로 대조군과 농도에 따라 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 6의 (a),(b),(c)는 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물 중 초고압 에탄올 추출물이 사이토카인의 발현에 미치는 영향을 농도별로 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물 중 초고압 에탄올 추출물의 염증 억제 활성능을 농도별로 비교하여 나타낸 그래프.
도 8 및 도 9는 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물의 알레르기 반응 억제활성능을 측정하기 위하여, 산딸기 잎 초고압 에탄올 추출물의 항원-항체 반응에 의한 β-hexosaminidase 분비에 미치는 효과 및 항원-항체 반응에 의한 histamine 분비에 미치는 효과를 나타낸 그래프.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 산딸기 잎 추출물 중 초고압 에탄올 추출물의 항아토피 효능을 동물모델에 적용시켜 검증하는 사진자료.

Claims (6)
- 초고압 에탄올 추출공정을 통해 제조된 산딸기 잎 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하며,
상기 산딸기 잎 추출물은 초고압 에탄올 추출공정에 의해 폴리페놀, 플라보노이드, 트리테르페노이드 성분이 용출되고, 산딸기 잎의 향, 색소, 정유성분이 용출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항아토피 효능을 갖는 화장료 조성물.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 초고압 에탄올 추출공정은 산딸기 잎을 70% 에탄올에 침지한 후 상온에서 초고압추출장치를 이용하여 100Mpa ~ 1,000Mpa의 압력을 5분 ~ 13분 동안 가해 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항아토피 효능을 갖는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물에 함유되는 산딸기 잎 추출물의 함량은 화장료 총 중량 대비 1~10 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 항아토피 효능을 갖는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물은 항산화 활성 또는 항염증 활성을 통한 항아토피 효능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항의 화장료 조성물이 시트마스크, 에멀젼, 스킨, 수용성 리퀴드, 로션, 크림, 젤, 팩, 에센스, 수중유(O/W), 유중수(W/O)형 및 실리콘중수(W/Si)형의 파우더로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 제형을 갖는 항산화 활성 또는 항염증 활성을 통한 항아토피 효능을 갖는 화장료 조성물.
