Claims (12)
- 98~99.5몰%의 프로필렌 및 0.5~2.0몰%의 프로판을 함유하는 원료로부터 프로필렌을 정제하기 위한 방법으로서,
제1온도 및 제1압력 하에 있어서, 은이온을 함유하는 흡수액에 상기 원료를 접촉시켜서, 상기 흡수액에 상기 원료 중의 프로필렌을 우선적으로 흡수시키면서 해당 흡수액에 흡수되지 않은 비흡수 가스를 배출하는 제1공정; 및
제2온도 및 제2압력 하에 있어서, 상기 제1공정을 거친 상기 흡수액으로부터 프로필렌을 방산시켜서 회수하는 제2공정을 포함하되,
상기 흡수액을 상기 제1공정과 상기 제2공정 사이에서 순환시키면서, 상기 제1공정과 상기 제2공정을 병행해서 연속적으로 실시하는 것과 동시에, 상기 제1공정에 있어서, 상기 원료 중 상기 흡수액에 흡수되지 않고 배출되는 비흡수가스 비율이 1 ~20몰%가 되는 범위로 조절하는 것에 의해 원료보다 고순도의 프로필렌을 얻도록 하는, 프로필렌의 정제방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수액은 질산은 수용액인 것인, 프로필렌의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2압력은 상기 제1압력보다도 낮게 되는 것인, 프로필렌의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2온도는 상기 제1온도보다도 높게 되는 것인, 프로필렌의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2압력은 상기 제1압력보다도 낮고, 상기 제2온도는 상기 제1온도보다도 높게 되는 것인, 프로필렌의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1공정에 있어서의 상기 원료와 상기 흡수액과의 접촉은 향류 접촉에 의해 행하는 것인, 프로필렌의 정제방법.
