Claims (16)
- 종이재료를 포함하는 기재층의 적어도 편면에, 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름을 포함하는 반사층을 형성한 광 반사체이며,
JIS-Z8722 조건 d 기재의 방법에 따라, 파장 550㎚에서의 반사율로서 측정하고, 측정 결과를 기준판으로서 부속의 산화 알루미늄 백판의 반사율을 100%로 했을 때의 상대 반사율로서 나타낸, 광 반사체의 반사층 표면에 있어서의 반사율이 95 내지 105%이고, 광 반사체의 테이버(taber) 강도가 0.4 내지 100mN·m이고, 광 반사체의 환경 온도를 20℃부터 70℃까지 변화시켰을 때의 치수 변화율이 -0.3 내지 0.3%인 광 반사체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종이재료가 식물 섬유를 서로 얽히게 하여 교착시킨 것을 50중량% 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종이재료가 JIS-P0001:1998에 정해진, 아이보리, 아트지, 인쇄 용지, OCR 용지, 오프셋 용지, 가공 용지, 카드용 두꺼운 종이, 벽지 원지, 캐스트 코트지, 크라프트지(kraft paper), 그라비아 용지, 경량 코트지, 코트지, 지기용 판지, 상질지, 백판지, 세미 상질지, 중질지, 도공 인쇄 용지, 도공지 원지, 난연지, 바라이타지(barayta paper), 미도공 인쇄 용지, 방수지 및 밀크 카톤(milk carton) 원지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나, 또는 레진 코트지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종이재료의 테이버 강도가 0.1 내지 100mN·m인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환경 온도를 20℃부터 70℃까지 변화시켰을 때의 상기 종이재료의 치수 변화율이 -0.5 내지 0.3%인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종이재료의 밀도가 0.6 내지 1.2g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 종이재료의 두께가 70 내지 700㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름이 프로필렌계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름이 평균 입경 0.05 내지 1.5㎛의 무기 필러 및 평균 분산 입경 0.05 내지 1.5㎛의 유기 필러 중 적어도 한쪽을 5 내지 75중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름이 적어도 1축 방향으로 연신되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름이 다층 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름의 밀도가 0.5g/㎤ 이상 0.9g/㎤ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름의 두께가 30 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 반사체가 롤상으로 권회되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 반사체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 광 반사체를 사용한 면 광원 장치.
