도 5는 상기 실시예에 구비된 회전축의 변형예를 도시한 분해 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 스크롤 압축기의 다른 실시예의 내부 구조를 개략적으로 도시한 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 고정랩을 갖는 고정 스크롤;
상기 고정랩과 결합되어 압축실을 형성하는 선회랩을 갖는 선회 스크롤;
상기 선회 스크롤에 대해서 편심되게 위치하는 축부, 상기 축부의 단부에 위치하며 상기 축부 보다 작은 직경을 갖는 핀부(126d), 상기 핀부(126d)의 단부에 위치하는 부시를 포함하는 회전축; 및
상기 회전축을 구동하는 구동유닛;을 포함하며,
상기 핀부(126d)가 상기 고정 스크롤 또는 선회 스크롤 중 어느 하나를 관통하여 삽입되고, 상기 선회 스크롤은 상기 부시에 대해서 회전가능하게 결합되는 스크롤 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)와 축부가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 부시는 상기 핀부(126d)의 내부에 삽입되어, 상기 핀부(126d)와 함께 회전하도록 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)는 다각형 또는 비원형의 단면 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)는 상기 축부에 대해서 동심으로 배치되고, 상기 부시는 상기 핀부(126d)에 대해서 편심되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)와 부시는 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)는 상기 축부의 내부에 삽입되어, 축부와 함께 회전하도록 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 핀부(126d)는 다각형 또는 비원형의 단면 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제6항에 있어서,
