Claims (7)
- 모재에 레이저를 조사하는 레이저부; 및
상기 모재에 금속분말을 송급하는 파우더 송급 장치를 포함하고,
상기 파우더 송급 장치는, 금속분말을 배출하는 송급관;
상기 송급관과 연결되는 오실레이터; 및
상기 오실레이터와 연결되어 외부로 금속분말을 도포하는 노즐을 포함하고,
상기 노즐은 상기 오실레이터가 전달하는 운동 에너지를 통해 일정한 범위 내의 반복 운동을 수행함으로써, 상기 노즐의 방향이 전환되어 배출되는 상기 금속분말이 일정한 형상을 그리며 배출되는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 오실레이터는,
전원을 공급받아 운동 에너지로 전환하는 전동기;
상기 전동기가 생성하는 운동 에너지를 전달하는 샤프트, 및 상기 샤프트와 결합되는 주름관을 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 전동기는 공급 받는 전원의 흐름에 따라 회전 방향이 가변하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제3 항에 있어서,
상기 주름관은 탄성 소재로 구성되어 외면에 볼록부와 오목부가 교대로 배치되는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 레이저부는 레이저를 생성하는 레이저 생성기; 및 레이저를 집광하는 집광 렌즈를 더 포함하는 레이저 클래딩 장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 오실레이터의 왕복속도는 1 내지 50 Hz인 레이저 클래딩 장치.
