Abstract
Description
도 2는 정제된 재조합 칼슘 결합 단백질을 SDS-PAGE로 분석한 결과를 나타낸 도이다 (M, 단백질 마커; BL & IS, BL21 (DE3) 세포의 음성 대조군; S, GG1234의 수용성 분획; FT, 친화성 결합 이후 통과액; W, 세척분획; E, 정제된 GG1234).
도 3은 GG1234의 칼슘 결합능을 SDS-PAGE 이미지와 Stains-all 염색법으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다 (GG: GG1234).
도 4는 GG1234 농도에 따른 GG1234의 칼슘 결합능을 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 5는 pH 변화에 따른 GG1234의 코아세르베이트 형성능을 흡광도 변화를 통해 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 6은 GG1234의 코아세르베이트 형성을 육안으로 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다.
도 7은 GG1234와 fp-151의 혼합에 의한 복합 코아세르베이트 형성을 흡광도 변화를 통해 확인한 결과를 나타낸 도이다(GG-151 코아세르베이트: GG1234 및 fp151 의 복합 코아세르베이트).

Claims (7)
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리펩티드를 포함하는, 칼슘 결합용 조성물.
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 코아세르베이트 형성용 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양이온성 고분자를 더 포함하는 코아세르베이트 형성용 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코아세르베이트는 복합 코아세르베이트인, 코아세르베이트 형성용 조성물.
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 코아세르베이트.
- 서열번호 1의 폴리펩티드를 아세트산 나트륨 완충액 pH 3 내지 5에 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하는 코아세르베이트의 제조방법.
- 서열번호 1의 폴리펩티드와 양이온성 고분자를 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 아세트산 나트륨 완충액 pH 3 내지 6에 첨가하는 단계;를 포함하는 복합 코아세르베이트(complex coacervate)의 제조방법.
