Claims (7)
- 내연기관 및 전동모터에서 발생하는 동력을 전달하는 하이브리드 변속기로서,
상기 내연기관의 동력을 전달하거나 차단하는 클러치;
상기 클러치를 통해 상기 내연기관에 연결되어 동력에 의해 회전하는 엔진샤프트;
상기 엔진샤프트와 분리된 상태를 이루며, 상기 전동모터에 연결되어 전동에 의해 회전하는 모터샤프트;
상기 엔진샤프트에 연결되거나 상기 모터샤프트에 연결되어 차륜으로 인출되면서 회전력을 출력하고, 상기 차륜의 관성회전에 의해 회전하는 출력샤프트;
상기 엔진샤프트와 상기 내연기관을 기어식으로 연결하면서 설정된 기어비로 연결하여 상기 엔진샤프트의 회전속도를 가변시키는 변속기어유닛;
상기 엔진샤프트 및 상기 모터샤프트를 상기 출력샤프트와 차동기어식으로 연결하면서 상기 출력샤프트를 회전시키는 차동기어유닛;
동력전달방향에 따라 상기 엔진샤프트의 회전을 정지시키는 엔진샤프트 제동기;

상기 엔진샤프트 제동기 및 상기 모터샤프트 제동기의 작동을 각각 제어하면서 동력전달방향을 제어하고, 상기 차륜의 관성회전에 의해 회전하는 상기 출력샤프트의 회전력을 상기 모터샤프트에 전달하면서 상기 전동모터의 회생제동을 수행하여 전기를 발전시키는 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 차동기어유닛은,
상기 엔진샤프트에 결합된 상태로 상기 엔진샤프트와 함께 회전하는 엔진샤프트기어;
상기 출력샤프트에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 출력샤프트와 함께 회전하고, 원추형의 베벨기어로 이루어진 출력사이드기어;
상기 모터샤프트에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 모터샤프트와 함께 회전하고, 상기 출력사이드기어와 대칭상태를 이루면서 대면하는 모터사이드기어;
상기 출력사이드기어 및 상기 모터사이드기어에 치합된 상태로 상기 출력사이드기어와 상기 모터사이드기어의 둘레를 공전하면서 상기 출력사이드기어를 회전시키고, 상기 모터샤프트의 회전에 의한 상기 모터사이드기어의 회전에 의해 자전하면서 상기 출력사이드기어를 회전시키는 한 쌍의 피니언기어;
상기 모터샤프트와 동축을 이루면서 공회전가능하게 결합된 상태로 상기 엔진샤프트기어와 치합되어 상기 엔진샤프트기어에 의해 회전하고, 상기 피니언기어들과 연결되어 상기 출력사이드기어와 상기 모터사이드기어의 둘레를 따라 상기 피니언기어들을 공전시키는 링기어; 및
상기 피니언기어들이 각각 공회전가능하게 결합된 상태로 상기 링기어에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 링기어와 함께 회전하는 차동기어케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 엔진샤프트기어는,
상기 엔진샤프트에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 클러치를 통해 상기 내연기관의 동력에 연결되면서 상기 엔진샤프트와 함께 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 내연기관과 상기 전동모터 중 하나로만 동력을 전달할 경우, 상기 엔진샤프트 제동기 및 상기 모터샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 엔진샤프트 상기 모터샤프트 중 하나를 정지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 변속기어유닛은, 자동변속기로 구성되고,
상기 클러치는, 유체를 이용하여 상기 내연기관의 동력을 상기 자동변속기로 전달하는 토크컨버터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기.
- 내연기관의 동력을 전달하거나 차단하는 클러치; 상기 클러치를 통해 상기 내연기관에 연결되어 동력에 의해 회전하는 엔진샤프트; 상기 엔진샤프트와 분리된 상태를 이루며, 전동모터에 연결되어 전동에 의해 회전하는 모터샤프트; 상기 엔진샤프트에 연결되거나 상기 모터샤프트에 연결되어 차륜으로 인출되면서 회전력을 출력하고, 상기 차륜의 관성회전에 의해 회전하는 출력샤프트; 상기 엔진샤프트와 상기 내연기관을 기어식으로 연결하면서 설정된 기어비로 연결하여 상기 엔진샤프트의 회전속도를 가변시키는 변속기어유닛; 상기 엔진샤프트 및 상기 모터샤프트를 상기 출력샤프트와 차동기어식으로 연결하면서 상기 출력샤프트를 회전시키는 차동기어유닛; 동력전달방향에 따라 상기 엔진샤프트의 회전을 정지시키는 엔진샤프트 제동기; 동력전달방향에 따라 상기 모터샤프트의 회전을 정지시키는 모터샤프트 제동기; 및 상기 엔진샤프트 제동기 및 상기 모터샤프트 제동기의 작동을 각각 제어하면서 동력전달방향을 제어하고, 상기 차륜의 관성회전에 의해 회전하는 상기 출력샤프트의 회전력을 상기 모터샤프트에 전달하면서 상기 전동모터의 회생제동을 수행하여 전기를 발전시키는 컨트롤러;를 포함하고, 상기 차동기어유닛은, 상기 엔진샤프트에 결합된 상태로 상기 엔진샤프트와 함께 회전하는 엔진샤프트기어; 상기 출력샤프트에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 출력샤프트와 함께 회전하고, 원추형의 베벨기어로 이루어진 출력사이드기어; 상기 모터샤프트에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 모터샤프트와 함께 회전하고, 상기 출력사이드기어와 대칭상태를 이루면서 대면하는 모터사이드기어; 상기 출력사이드기어 및 상기 모터사이드기어에 치합된 상태로 상기 출력사이드기어와 상기 모터사이드기어의 둘레를 공전하면서 상기 출력사이드기어를 회전시키고, 상기 모터샤프트의 회전에 의한 상기 모터사이드기어의 회전에 의해 자전하면서 상기 출력사이드기어를 회전시키는 한 쌍의 피니언기어; 상기 모터샤프트와 동축을 이루면서 공회전가능하게 결합된 상태로 상기 엔진샤프트기어와 치합되어 상기 엔진샤프트기어에 의해 회전하고, 상기 피니언기어들과 연결되어 상기 출력사이드기어와 상기 모터사이드기어의 둘레를 따라 상기 피니언기어들을 공전시키는 링기어; 및 상기 피니언기어들이 각각 공회전가능하게 결합된 상태로 상기 링기어에 동일체로 고정되어 상기 링기어와 함께 회전하는 차동기어케이스;를 포함하는 하이브리드 변속기를 이용하여 동력전달 및 회생제동을 수행하는 작동방법으로서,
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 엔진샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 내연기관의 동력을 상기 클러치 및 상기 변속기어 유닛을 통해 상기 엔진샤프트 및 상기 엔진샤프트기어에 전달하고, 상기 링기어 및 상기 피니언기어를 통해 상기 출력사이드기어 및 상기 출력샤프트를 회전시키면서, 상기 모터샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 모터샤프트를 정지시키는 엔진동력단계;
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 엔진샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 엔진샤프트를 정지시키고, 상기 모터샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 모터샤프트를 회전시키면서 상기 모터사이드기어 및 상기 피니언기어를 통해 상기 출력사이드기어 및 상기 출력샤프트를 회전시키는 모터동력단계;
상기 차륜의 관성회전 시, 상기 컨트롤러가 상기 모터샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 출력샤프트의 회전력을 통해 상기 모터샤프트를 회전시키면서 상기 전동모터의 회생제동을 수행하여 전기를 발전시키는 회생제동단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동기어를 이용한 회생제동 하이브리드 변속기의 작동방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 회생제동단계는,
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 내연기관이나 상기 전동모터의 부하를 감지하여 상기 차륜의 관성회전을 판단하는 관성운전 판단단계; 및
상기 컨트롤러가 상기 엔진샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 엔진샤프트를 정지시키는 동시에 상기 모터샤프트 제동기를 제어하여 상기 모터샤프트의 회전을 허용하면서 상기 모터샤프트를 회전시켜 상기 전동모터를 발전시키는 발전단계;를 포함하는 차동기어를 이용한 하이브리드 변속기의 작동방법.
