Claims (8)
- 전극 활물질, 비수용성 중합체 (A) 및 수용성 중합체 (B) 를 함유하는 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리로서,
상기 비수용성 중합체 (A) 가, (a1) 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위 20 중량% ∼ 60 중량%, (a2) 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위 0.5 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 그리고 (a3) 상기 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 및 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체 단위 30 중량% ∼ 79.5 중량% 를 함유하고,
상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 가, (b1) 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위 20 중량% ∼ 60 중량%, (b2) (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 25 중량% ∼ 78 중량%, 그리고 (b3) 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 및 상기 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체와 공중합 가능한 술폰산기 함유 단량체 단위 2 중량% ∼ 15 중량% 를 함유하고,
상기 비수용성 중합체 (A) 와 상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 의 중량부의 비율 (A)/(B) 가 80/20 ∼ 95/5 인, 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 의 (b3) 성분이 술폰산기 이외에 관능기를 갖지 않는 술폰산기 함유 단량체 또는 그 염, 아미드기와 술폰산기를 함유하는 단량체 또는 그 염, 그리고 하이드록실기와 술폰산기를 함유하는 단량체 또는 그 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상의 술폰산기 함유 단량체를 중합하여 얻어지는 반복 단위인, 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 비수용성 중합체 (A) 의 양이, 상기 전극 활물질 100 중량부에 대하여 0.3 중량부 ∼ 8 중량부인, 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 의 양이, 상기 전극 활물질 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 중량부 ∼ 5 중량부인, 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 1000 ∼ 100000 인, 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 이차 전지 부극용 슬러리를 집전체의 표면에 도포하고, 건조시키는 것을 포함하는, 이차 전지용 부극의 제조 방법.
- 집전체와, 상기 집전체의 표면에 형성된 전극 활물질층을 구비하고,
상기 전극 활물질층이, 전극 활물질, 비수용성 중합체 (A) 및 수용성 중합체 (B) 를 함유하고,
상기 비수용성 중합체 (A) 가, (a1) 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위 20 중량% ∼ 60 중량%, (a2) 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위 0.5 중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 그리고 (a3) 상기 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 및 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체와 공중합 가능한 단량체 단위 30 중량% ∼ 79.5 중량% 를 함유하고,
상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 가, (b1) 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 단위 20 중량% ∼ 60 중량%, (b2) (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체 단위 25 중량% ∼ 78 중량%, 그리고 (b3) 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 단량체 및 상기 (메트)아크릴산에스테르 단량체와 공중합 가능한 술폰산기 함유 단량체 단위 2 중량% ∼ 15 중량% 를 함유하고,
상기 비수용성 중합체 (A) 와 상기 수용성 중합체 (B) 의 중량부의 비율 (A)/(B) 가 80/20 ∼ 95/5 인, 이차 전지용 부극. - 제 7 항에 기재된 이차 전지용 부극을 구비하는, 이차 전지.
