Claims (25)
- a) 카본 블랙에, 5 내지 10 mg-KOH/g의 산가를 갖는 분산제, 바인더 및 NMP(N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈) 용매를 혼합한 카본블랙 분산액을 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)로 분산하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 a) 단계를 거친 카본블랙 분산액에 활물질을 첨가하여 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)로 교반하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 분산제는 하기 화학식 1의 공중합체를 포함하고, 카본 블랙 100 중량부에 대하여 6 내지 100 중량부로 포함되며, 1000~3500의 분자량을 갖는 폴리에스터 계열인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법.

상기 활물질은 NCA(Nickel Cobalt Aluminum, 니켈 코발트 알루미늄)계열 또는 NMC(Nickel Magnesium Cobalt, 니켈 마그네슘 코발트)계열 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 활물질은 카본 블랙 분산액 100 중량부에 대하여 2000 내지 3000 중량부로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 분산은 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)에서 500 내지 3000 rpm으로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 분산은 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)에서 1 분 내지 10분간 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 a) 단계의 분산은 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)에서 1 회 내지 5회 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계의 교반은 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)에서 500 내지 3000 rpm으로 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계의 교반은 싱키 혼합기(Thinky mixer)에서 1 분 내지 10분간 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본 블랙 분산액 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
