Abstract
또한, 제1차단층을 포함하는 다중층의 필름으로 채널을 감싸고, 상·하부 필름의 접합부를 통해 공기가 침투하는 것을 막기 위해 제2차단층으로 접합부를 코팅함으로써, 채널 내부가 진공 상태로 유지되며, 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프의 열성능이 유지될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프는 높은 유연성을 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 가볍고, 구리보다 우수한 열성능을 가지고 있어 연성 전자장치를 효과적으로 냉각시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (13)
- 복수 개의 채널들이 형성된 평판 형상이며, 상기 채널들은 양 끝단에서 굽어져 연결되는 폐루프를 이루는 베이스부;
상기 베이스부의 상부 전체와 열접합되어 상기 채널들의 상부를 형성하는 상부 필름; 및
상기 베이스부의 하부 전체와 열접합되어 상기 채널들의 하부를 형성하는 하부 필름; 및
상기 채널들 내부를 유동하는 작동유체;를 포함하되,
상기 베이스부는 연성 재질이고,
상기 상부 필름은 제1층, 상기 제1층의 상부에 위치하고 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 제2층, 상기 제2층의 상부에 위치하며 기체 투과를 막아 진공 상태를 유지하기 위한 제1상부차단층, 상기 제1상부차단층의 상부에 위치하고 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 제4층 및 상기 제4층의 상부에 위치하고 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 형성되는 제5층을 포함하고,
상기 하부 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 형성되는 제1층, 상기 제1층의 상부에 위치하는 제1하부차단층 및 상기 제1하부차단층의 상부에 위치하는 제3층을 포함하며,
상기 베이스부와 접합되는 상기 상부 필름의 최하층인 제1층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층인 제3층은 서로 상이한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스부는 폴리머 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스부의 둘레를 따라 상기 상부 필름과 상기 하부 필름의 일측을 맞닿게 하여 상기 베이스부를 감싸고,
상기 상부 필름과 상기 하부 필름의 일측이 맞닿은 접합부의 바깥쪽이 제2차단층으로 덮여지고,
상기 제2차단층은 인듐 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 접합부는 상기 상부 필름의 최하층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층 각각의 일측이 맞닿아 접합되며,
상기 접합부의 상기 상부 필름의 최하층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 제2차단층이 덮여진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2차단층의 외측이 보호층으로 덮여진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프. - 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프를 제작하는 방법에 있어서,
(a) 평판 형상의 베이스부에 양 끝단에서 굽어져 연결되는 폐루프를 이루는 복수개의 채널을 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 베이스부의 상부와 하부에 각각 상부 필름과 하부 필름을 배치하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 상부 필름 전체 및 하부 필름 전체에서 각각 상기 베이스부 방향으로 열과 압력을 가해, 상기 베이스부의 상부 전체와 하부 전체에 각각 상기 상부 필름과 하부 필름을 열접합하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 베이스부는 연성 재질이고,
상기 상부 필름은 제1층, 상기 제1층의 상부에 위치하고 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 제2층, 상기 제2층의 상부에 위치하며 기체 투과를 막아 진공 상태를 유지하기 위한 제1상부차단층, 상기 제1상부차단층의 상부에 위치하고 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 제4층 및 상기 제4층의 상부에 위치하고 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 형성되는 제5층을 포함하고,
상기 하부 필름은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 형성되는 제1층, 상기 제1층의 상부에 위치하는 제1하부차단층 및 상기 제1하부차단층의 상부에 위치하는 제3층을 포함하며,
상기 베이스부와 접합되는 상기 상부 필름의 최하층인 제1층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층인 제3층은 서로 상이한 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프의 제작 방법. - 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,
(d) 상기 베이스부를 감싸기 위해, 상기 베이스부의 둘레를 따라 상기 상부 필름의 최하층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층 각각의 일측을 맞닿게 배치하는 단계;
(e) 상기 상부 필름의 최하층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층 각각의 일측이 맞닿은 접합부에 열과 압력을 가해 상기 접합부를 접합하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 접합부의 상기 상부 필름의 최하층과 상기 하부 필름의 최상층이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 상기 접합부의 바깥쪽을 제2차단층으로 덮는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프 제작 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
(g) 상기 제2차단층의 외측을 보호층으로 덮는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 기반 진동형 히트 파이프 제작 방법. - 삭제
