Abstract
본 발명의 수평축 회오리대류방식 난방 시스템은 다수의 브라켓(110)을 일정한 간격으로 세로 배치하여 형성하고, 건축물 내벽에 근접하도록 건축물 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 설치하는 설치기둥(100)과; 건축물의 내벽을 따라 이어지게 배치되도록 상기 각 브라켓(110)에 거치하여 설치하는 발열체(200)와; 상기 발열체(200)에 전원을 인가하고, 발열체(200)의 발열 동작을 제어하는 메인제어부(300)를 포함하여 구성함으로써 발열체(200)에 의해 데워진 공기는 발열체 상층부로 급격히 상승하며 실내 중앙부로 이동하고, 주변 바닥의 차가운 공기는 발열체 하부로 유입되면서 회오리대류현상이 구현되어 건축물 내부의 난방이 이루어진다.
본 발명에 따르면, 간소한 구조를 통해서 바닥과 천장 등 위치에 따른 온도편차가 거의 없는 실내난방을 실현하고, 시공이 쉽고, 유지 관리가 용이하며, 우수한 열 효율성과 사용 편의성을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

- 다수의 브라켓(110)을 일정한 간격으로 세로 배치하여 형성하고, 건축물 내벽에 근접하도록 건축물 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 설치하는 설치기둥(100)과;
양단부가 폐색되어 내부가 진공 상태를 유지하는 배관(210)과, 상기 배관(210)의 내부에 수용되어 전기의 도통에 의해 발열하는 발열선(220)과, 상기 발열선(220)에 전기 도통이 되도록 연결되는 전선(230)과, 상기 전선(230)에 연결되어 전원을 공급하는 연결선(240)을 포함하여 건축물의 내벽을 따라 이어지게 배치되도록 각 브라켓(110)에 거치하여 설치하는 발열체(200)와;
외부전원으로부터 전원을 공급받아 상기 발열체(200)에 전기를 공급하는 전원공급부(310)와, 상기 발열체(200)의 발열에 의한 난방 온도를 설정하는 온도조절부(320)와, 상기 발열체(200)의 발열에 의한 난방 시간을 설정하는 시간조절부(330)와, 상기 온도조절부(320)에서 설정된 온도와, 상기 시간조절부(330)에서 설정된 시간을 표시하는 디스플레이(340)와, 상기 전원공급부(310)의 온도와, 건축물 내부 온도를 각각 검출하는 센서부(351, 352)와, 상기 온도조절부(320)와 시간조절부(330) 및 센서부(351, 352)에서 제공되는 신호에 따라서 상기 전원공급부(310)를 통해 이루어지는 전기 공급을 제어하는 마이컴(360)을 포함하여 발열체(200)에 전원을 인가하고, 발열체(200)의 발열 동작을 제어하는 메인제어부(300)로 구성되어;
상기 발열체(200)를 통하여 데워진 더운 공기는 발열체를 중심으로 회오리형태로 주변의 실내 공기를 데우고, 하측위치 중앙부의 차가운 공기는 발열체(200) 방향으로 유입되어 데워지게 되며, 순차적으로 상측으로 이동하는 과정에서 실내공기를 데우면서 열기가 온도편차없이 채워지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평축 회오리대류방식 난방 시스템. - 삭제
