Claims (8)
- 내부에 유입된 선박평형수를 여과 처리해서 외부로 유출시키는 원통 형상의 필터를 케이싱 내에 배치한 선박평형수 처리장치로서,
상기 필터를 그 축심을 중심으로 회전시키는 필터 회전 수단과,
상기 필터의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 필터의 외주면을 향해서 개구되며, 상기 필터를 향해서 고압 유체를 분출하는 고압 유체 분출 노즐과,
상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐에 고압 유체를 공급하는 고압 유체 공급 수단과,
상기 필터의 내부와 외부의 차압을 검출하는 차압 검출 수단과,
상기 차압 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 차압이 소정 압에 도달했을 때, 선박평형수 처리 운전을 정지해서 상기 케이싱 내의 물의 배출을 시작한 후, 상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐로부터 고압 유체를 분출하도록 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필터의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 필터의 외주면을 향해서 개구되며, 상기 필터를 향해서 세정수를 분출하는 세정수 분출 노즐을 구비하고,
상기 제어 수단은 상기 세정수 분출 노즐로부터 세정수를 분출하고도, 차압이 저하되지 않고 더욱 상승하여 상기 필터의 내부와 외부의 차압이 상기 소정 압에 도달했을 때, 선박평형수 처리 운전을 정지해서 상기 케이싱 내의 물의 배출을 시작한 후, 상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐로부터 고압 유체를 분출하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐로부터 분출시키는 고압 유체는 청정수, 고압 에어 또는 수증기인 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
복수의 상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐에 의해서 상기 필터의 축 방향 전역에 분출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 필터의 외부에 설치되고, 상기 필터의 외주면을 향해서 개구되며, 상기 필터를 향해서 세정수를 분출하는 세정수 분출 노즐을 구비하고,
상기 고압 유체 분출 노즐에 의한 고압 유체의 분출 압력은 상기 세정수 분출 노즐에 의한 세정수의 분출 압력보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 선박평형수 처리장치. - 삭제
