Claims (4)
- 다수의 SMD 저항(42)과,
위 SMD 저항(42)이 부착 고정되어 발열 기능을 하는 메탈 PCB(41)와,
위 발열 기능을 하는 메탈 PCB(41)의 온도를 감지하는 온도센서(60)와,
위 온도센서(60)와 연동되는 충전회로(20)와,
위 충전회로(20)를 제어하는 컨트롤러(10)를 포함하되,
위 온도센서(60) 감지온도가 45℃ 이상 상승되는 경우 충전을 차단하며,
위 온도센서(60)가 영하 10℃의 온도를 감지하면 발열판(40)에 형성된 SMD 저항(42)이 구동되어 40 ~ 45℃의 정상온도에 도달됨과 함께 위 SMD 저항(42)은 컨트롤러(10)의 제어에 의해 작동이 중지되고,
배터리(50)는 컨트롤러(10)의 제어에 의해 조절되면서 조명장치(30)로 전력을 공급할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 LED 조명에 사용되는 리듐배터리의 과열 및 저온 보호장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
위 메탈 PCB(41)의 배면에는 접착부재(43)가 형성되어 배터리(50) 케이스(51) 표면에 접착 고정되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 LED 조명에 사용되는 리듐배터리의 과열 및 저온 보호장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
위 메탈 PCB(41)에 형성된 SMD 저항(42)에는 배터리(50)로부터 1와트의 전류를 공급받아 메탈 PCB(41)를 40 ~ 45℃의 온도로 유지시켜 영하의 기온에서 배터리(50)의 저온 방전을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 LED 조명에 사용되는 리듐배터리의 과열 및 저온 보호장치.
