Claims (8)
- 잉곳 성장용 원료가 투입되는 호퍼;
상기 호퍼의 하부측에 설치되어 상기 원료를 공급관으로 이송시키는 이송수단;
상기 이송수단의 하부측에 설치되 상기 원료의 공급속도를 조절하도록 상기 이송수단을 진동시키는 진동수단; 및
상기 원료에 포함된 불순물을 제거하는 불순물 제거수단;을 포함하되,
상기 불순물 제거수단은 상기 이송 수단의 일측에 설치되며,
상기 불순물 제거수단은,
상기 불순물 제거를 위한 마이크로웨이브를 발생시키는 발생부; 및
상기 발생부로부터 발생된 상기 마이크로웨이브를 상기 이송수단으로 이동시키는 도파관;을 포함하고,
상기 불순물은 상기 잉곳 성장용 원료에 섞여 있는 수소를 포함하는 잉곳 원료 연속공급장치. - 삭제

상기 이송수단은
상기 원료가 유입 및 배출되는 유입구 및 배출구가 형성되는 진동케이스;
상기 배출구와 연결되어 상기 배출구로 배출된 상기 원료가 수집되는 수용실; 및
상기 수용실의 일측에서 상기 공급관측으로 경사지게 구비되어 상기 원료를 상기 공급관으로 이동시키는 경사이동관;을 포함하는 잉곳 원료 연속공급장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 이송수단, 상기 진동 수단 및 상기 불순물 제거수단은 상기 호퍼의 하부측에 설치되는 함체의 내부에 설치되는 잉곳 원료 연속공급장치. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 함체의 하부측에 설치되어 상기 이송수단으로 이동된 상기 원료의 무게를 감지하는 무게감지수단을 더 포함하는 잉곳 원료 연속공급장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 무게감지수단에서 감지한 상기 원료의 무게값과 기설정된 값을 비교 판단하여 상기 진동수단의 진동세기를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 잉곳 원료 연속공급장치.
