Claims (18)
- 접착 촉진제에 의해 하나 이상의 플레이크(flake) 형태의 효과(effect) 안료로 코팅된, 구형의 지지 물질에 기초한 안료 과립으로서,
하나 이상의 플레이크 형태의 효과 안료는 투명 층, 반투명 층, 불투명 층 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 층으로 코팅된 플레이크 형태의 지지체를 갖고,
지지 물질은 0.05 내지 50mm의 입자 크기를 갖는, 중합체 입자, 고체 유리 비이드, 중공(hollow) 유리 비이드, 또는 이들의 혼합물이고,
접착 촉진제는 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체(EAA) 유화액, 저염소화 폴리프로필렌 유화액, 비염소화 폴리프로필렌 유화액 및 왁스 유화액으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유화액을 포함하고,
안료 과립을 기준으로,
0.1 내지 50 중량%의 하나 이상의 효과 안료,
50 내지 99.5 중량%의 지지 물질,
0.1 내지 10 중량%의 접착 촉진제 및
0.05 내지 10 중량%의 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 안료 과립. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
효과 안료가 진주광택 안료, 간섭 안료, 금속 효과 안료, 투명 층, 반투명 층 및/또는 불투명 층을 갖는 다층화된 안료, 고니오크로마틱(goniochromatic) 안료, 홀로그래픽(holographic) 안료, 코팅되거나 코팅되지 않은 BiOCl 플레이크 및 액정 중합체(LCP) 안료로 구성된 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 안료 과립. - 삭제
